Having paid in full for your product

Having paid in full for your product, I am still waiting for said product of Elite CBD Oil to arrive.
Considering that this product was purchased in the hope of pain relief I am greatly disappointed in your service. I see that there was no problem in taking payment.
I would therefore like an response in terms of when you intend to fulfil your your service. Thank you

Hi Sharon, We're very disappointed to hear that you didn't receive your products, however as we discussed with you over email, we sent your products out promptly after your order, so if they never arrived then this is due to a courier issue.

We also mentioned in the email that if you didn't receive the products you should let us know and we would happily send you a replacement free of charge - we never heard back from you, so we couldn't rectify the issue.

Happy to discuss this with you further and hopefully reach a resolution that helps you with your pain.

It’s been three months iv been using…

It’s been three months iv been using the 1000mg and it truly is the only thing that helps my legs after my gruelling morning workouts whilst also helping me sleep like a baby! I could not recommend it more and looking forward to trying the vapes soon ;)

Its been 3 weeka my order did not…

Its been 3 weeka my order did not arrive. There is no tracking number. I emailed them they say it will be delivered ASAP. Horrible service.

We are extremely sorry to hear this but we have done everything we possibly can. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 international orders have been delayed and this is totally out of our control and hands.

As you can see when you track your order, your item did arrive in Spain on 25th November and was awaiting clearance by customs. Our customer service team did get in touch with you and provided you with your tracking number so you can keep tracking.

We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you, as a kind gesture from us we will give you 20% off your next order.

Awesome quality

Finally, a cbd oil company that does what is promising.
I can sleep so well after taking this for the last couple of months and any soreness after my gym session is gone.

Was a little sceptical on CBD products…

Was a little sceptical on CBD products but after 2/3 days the results spoke for themselves.
My anxiety was almost nonexistent and sleepless nights soon changed. All questions was quickly replied too via the website and Instagram, they was very helpful on how much to use and when.
