Top up waiting period took more than an hour, had to keep chasing operators for it and replies were slow.

Thank you for your feedback. This was something that we have considered to implement right from the get go. However, based on our experimentation and experience, this feature will not be beneficial for customers.
Due to the way the Weekly Diamond Passes are implemented, when the user reaches their limit, sometimes the order still goes through and we are still being charged for it. However, the customer will not receive it due to the limitation and this would have led to a lot of disputes.
We weighed the pros and cons and decided not to implement it due to this reason, to protect our customers from having to go through an awful experience.
