I can't say enough about their ulcer defense.My mare started colicing after she foaled in July.like clockwork she would go down every 10 days to 2 weeks.you could count her ribs and her top line was just as bad her backbone stuck out so bad
When I tell you I was fixing to put her down,I was.I had accidentally called melissa trying to contact another company for colic medicine. I dialed the wrong number
I explained to melissa what was going on she sent me a a bag of ulcer defense free of charge. I started using it immediately
Within 1 week. I could barley see her ribs and her top line had had filled in.I honestly didn't think it would help but omg i was so wrong. And she has copied since.

Since using this Rosehip supplement my mare has definitely been more supple to ride. It has also made her winter coat beautiful and shiny when it has always been dull during this time of year. I love that this product is organic and natural instead of having a bunch of synthetic things I can’t pronounce.

Thank you for the Rosehip, brilliant supplement, gave it to all 3 of my guys, the two older ones 24/28, suffer with arthritis, one has sweet itch, the other heart murmur, both moving around so much easier now, and the itch is healing nicely, tail and mane starting to grow, the other is 3 a cob and has mallanders sore on back leg, now healing nicely, after other treatment not touching it. They are on maintenance amount now.

I cannot recommend Elite Equine highly enough.Our horses have been on this supplement since the end of last year following the Associated Championships,where I met their representative. The improvement in their way of going has been noted not only by us but by all who have seen them work or compete.
Both horses look a picture of health, with gleaming coats and are incredibly well, having used Elite Equine throughout winter.Our vets have endorsed Elite Equine recommending its use , not only for the use in older horses with age and work related changes but also for our younger horses as a preventative measure against future injuries.
One of our older horses injured a hind suspensory and the recovery time was half that of the normal time.I feel that this was partially due to us having him on this additive.
Having been born in Cape Town, I would love to see Elite Equine enter the South African market and for my home country people to be able to reap its benefits.

A very professional and approachable company. A very quick delivery and a fantastic after service, cannot fault them.

I would highly recommend the product! We gave a loading dose to 2 horses.
- both horses ate the supplement with no issue (I'm stressing this point as sometimes they'd be picky and not want to eat their feed at all if there is something on it that smells or tastes funny)
- the 8yo mare got a treatment to build up her muscles and support the increase in intensity of work. We were also giving some fibers at the same time and the combination worked really well, with a mare that got a better build and more stamina
- the 4yo gelding received the supplement to support his lyme disease. He received first a thorough medical treatment with IV, and "formal" treatment, which we then continued with rosehip. While I can't say that rosehip alone did the trick, I am very happy to report that the gelding is now a completely changed horse. He has taken on weight, he is more alive (more energetic), and overall in great shape.

As this was the first time we tried rosehip, we were reassured when the vet completely supported the use of it and recommended we give it seasonally when the incoming winter is taking a toll on their immune system.

Also, the exchange with Maxie was brilliant. She gave very clear advice and suggestions, super quick answers.

We use this product on horses ranging from 3yr olds to high level competition horses, and Breeding Stallions to Broodmares. Our horses feel so much more rideable and softer since we have being using this Rosehip Supplement. It gives us great peace of mind to feel how much happier they are in mind and body, and we can rest assured that we are minimising the risk of injury in sport, whilst feeding this daily.

I have been using Elite Equine for a few weeks now and my 14 year old dressage horse feels amazing. He has had 31 small melanomas removed over 3 surgeries and the scars are healing better than expected. I have been allowed to ride and school over the recovery period. My horse has been very well in himself with no sign of stiffness and happy to take more weight behind. It’s looking as though we may even nail the flying changes, something we have been struggling with for a long time. I will not be going back to my previous joint supplement !
