From the initial visit to quote, through to the work delivered, all points of contact were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The floor looks even better than I could have imagined so I’m extremely pleased.

I contacted Elite on a Monday morning and they replied within an hour. I followed up with details and photos, for sanding and re-treating a solid wood floor, and Mike was able to provide a quote the same day. We then booked in the work, for the Thursday. The team arrived promptly and set about the job very efficiently - and by early afternoon it was finished. I received the invoice and paid it the same day as the work. This company is simply outstanding
We had a damaged old engineered wood floor which was 25 years old and with multiple scratches and marks from my late husband's wheelchair. These guys worked a miracle. They removed all the marks and the orange hue and it looks like a totally new floor at a fraction of the price. Hardly any dust. All the workmen were pleasant and helpful and even put all the furniture back. I would give them 10 out of 10 without hesitation.

We recently had a parquet floor refurbished by Mike and his team at one of our sites which is a listed building. They did a great job & couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. 100% recommend them to anyone looking to have work done to their floor.

Outstanding service from Mike, Peter and Pawel. We had a very badly cracked tiled floor in the conservatory which had also dropped slightly. It would have been very costly to dig up. When Peter came to view the issue, he was very knowledgeable about what was best to do and suggested a floating floor with engineered flooring. Mike was extremely helpful and patient as I bombarded him with questions and Pawel delivered a beautiful wooden floor to an exceptionally high standard. Very professional and competitive prices. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

The company provided first class service. They responded with a couple of days to give a quotation. The actual work was completed within a week. It was to a very high standard and the team were friendly and helpful. We would certainly use them again.
