Very disappointed with install quality of workmanship and follow up to get repaired

I’m very disappointed with the experience I had getting my windows tinted. The quality of the installation was poor, and the follow-up to correct the issues has been even worse.

One window had tint that was cut short, another had visible gouges at the bottom that can be seen from the outside, and there are noticeable creases in the film — all of which should have been caught and corrected. I was given two different appointment times to fix the issues, and both times they were a no-show with no call or explanation. When I reached out to confirm the appointments, I was met with irritation instead of accountability.

As a result, I’ve now missed two days of work waiting for them to show up, and they’ve still failed to follow through. This level of service is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

The window tint on the truck came out…

The window tint on the truck came out terrific! Jesse was very responsive to book the appointment and communicate when he was on the way. Excellent quality install and would highly recommend.
