Everything is going very slowly! I wrote an email to support and they answer me after 5 days. And the conditions for withdrawing money are very strict.

Meh. It worked, but the website needs serious UI love. Buttons felt like they were designed by someone who hates buttons.

Nu recomand serviciu. Am obținut finanțarea și am solicitat o sumă mică pentru a mă asigura că voi primi plata. Am fost suspicios din cauza altor recenzii în care oamenii se plângeau că nu și-au primit banii. După ce am solicitat plata, mi-a fost respinsă cu motivarea (încălcarea Strategiei de Tranzacționare Interzise) , pentru că am efectuat mai multe tranzacții consecutive într-un interval de sub 30 de minute. Însă, dacă consultați regulile, veți observa că acestea nu sunt deloc evidente, trebuie să dai click pe un text specific pentru a vedea restul regulilor. Acest lucru este extrem de netransparent – nu toată lumea observă acest detaliu, iar în acest mod anumite reguli sunt omise(aproape ascunse, dacă nu ești extrem de atent), ceea ce este in folosul acestui Prop Firm. Era mult mai simplu să fie totul prezentat clar pe aceeași pagină, fără a fi nevoie să navighezi prin link-uri obscure.

Personal, sunt profund dezamăgit și din tot sufletul nu recomand serviciul nimănui! Elitelor fiți mai transparenți cu regulile. Noi, traderii, muncim din greu pentru a obține finanțare, iar în spate stau multe sacrificii.

Referitor la strategia mea: (nu este scalping) sau interzisă, nu ce afirmați în motivarea suspendării contului. Strategia se bazează pe intrări pe intervale de 5 minute și 1 minut, conform normelor pe care le-am înțeles inițial.

Sper că acest review va fi văzut de cât mai mulți utilizatori și luat în considerare înainte de a alege serviciul.

Am luat la cunoștință răspunsul dumneavoastră. Doresc să subliniez că nu intenționez să-mi schimb părerea și îi încurajez pe toți traderii să apeleze la companii de finanțare serioase. Personal, nu am observat transparență din partea dumneavoastră. Regulile ar trebui să fie accesibile și clar expuse, nu ascunse într-un mod care să oblige utilizatorii să contacteze suportul pentru a le descoperi – un lucru pe care îl consider absurd, întrucât nu specificați explicit ce anume înseamnă scalping. Menționez că nu am practicat scalping, tot ce am făcut a fost să-mi respect strategia și să-mi protejez capitalul. Atunci când un setup nu a mai corespuns strategiei mele, am închis tranzacția manual sau aceasta s-a închis automat la breakeven pentru a evita pierderile. Totuși, ați lăsat impresia că strategiile de tranzacționare interzise sunt interpretabile.

Întotdeauna am respectat regulile, însă unele dintre ele nu au fost comunicate corespunzător din cauza lipsei de transparență. Nu le-am găsit pe pagina principală, iar accesul la ele este ambiguu: nu toți utilizatorii își dau seama că trebuie să acceseze un anumit text îngroșat cu negru, ceea ce induce în eroare și îi obligă să caute secțiuni relevante printre rânduri.

Fiți transparenți! Prezentați regulile într-un mod clar și accesibil, nu ambiguu. În cazul meu, ați dovedit că nu sunteți de încredere, iar părerea mea rămâne neschimbată indiferent de explicațiile pe care încercați să le oferiți. Experiența mea practică a fost total diferită de ceea ce susțineți.

P.S. Strategia mea "nu este interzisă". Faptul că tranzacționez pe timeframe-uri mici nu mă face un trader care încalcă regulile.

I do not recommend the service. I got the funding and requested a small amount to make sure I would get paid. I was suspicious because of other reviews where people complained about not receiving their money. After I requested the payment, it was rejected with the reason (violation of the Prohibited Trading Strategy) because I made several consecutive trades in less than 30 minutes. However, if you look at the rules, you will notice that they are not at all obvious, you have to click on a specific text to see the rest of the rules. This is extremely non-transparent – ​​not everyone notices this detail, and in this way certain rules are omitted (almost hidden, if you are not extremely careful), which is to the advantage of this Prop Firm. It would have been much easier to have everything clearly presented on the same page, without having to navigate through obscure links.

Personally, I am deeply disappointed and I do not recommend the service to anyone with all my heart! Elites, be more transparent with the rules. We, the traders, work hard to get funding, and behind it are many sacrifices.

Regarding my strategy: (it is not scalping) or prohibited, as you state in the motivation for the account suspension. The strategy is based on entries on 5-minute and 1-minute intervals, according to the rules that I initially understood.

Scam, they will never pay you

The Firm is actually good and I had a good experience with them since I got my 50k live account.However I don't know why they suspended my live account just because they say in the beginning of the live account I was scalping that means in June 2024 when I got my account.Since then I was able to make around 10-11k withdraw and also I got a note from them on my email where they infrormed me that I should not take trades short scalp period, and I tried to stick to their note.
However after my recent payout was accepted I got an email from them that says my live account was suspended permanently due to short scalp trades taken in the beginning of the account (June).
However I want to thank you for your services.

Până în momentul de față lucrez cu ei din luna martie 2024. În Martie și April am trecut fazele de challenge și din luna mai am intrat pe cont funded. În luna iunie am făcut prima retragere și nu am întâmpinat probleme. Echipa de support mi-a raspuns întotdeauna in maxim 2 zile (am mai văzut ca alții zic ca durează prea mult, dar dacă nu ai puterea răbdării, te rog renunță la trading). Da, au fost unele mici erori când s-a lansat platforma, dar din ce știu și personal mereu au fost remediate. Per total azi 20 august, am primit un raspuns legat de a doua retragere pe care am făcut-o in platforma in 18 august și prima oara primisem un e-mail automat legat de plata, dar mi s-a zis ca se fac in continuare mici update-uri și se procesează plățile (din nou ca paranteza am trimis e-mail luni seara la ora 19:00 și azi marți ora 11:30, mi s-a raspuns). Si asta asa o recenzie sinceră pentru cârcotași, de la un neica-nimeni, cine știe să fi avut eu noroc, doar am citit regulamentul și il respect încât sa fac bani și sa nu breach-uciesc contul . Un proiect fain de care ma bucur ca se ocupă românași de-ai mei. Până acum sunt chiar mulțumit, sper sa rămân așa. Spor !
