Middle of the pack
Not the best, not the worst. Slow to fix issues, slow to provide challenge accounts after a bank payment.. from how they push crypto I guess it's hard to get accepted by a serious payment processor, not sure if they have a dedicated CS team, but they do try and help when needed. After I got my account no major issues happened. They got potential, room to grow, would say they're on the right path, just not a 4/5 or 5/5 yet

Hello Andrei. We appreciate your review. Having a reliable payment processor is indeed hard to obtain in this industry as it requires verifications which take months. We are in the process of partnering with a better one. We do have a dedicated customer support team but we also have a lot of clients and we do our best to answer and solve issues as fast as possible.

Aveti grija daca atingeti -5 equity intr o zi va inchide contul automat, pe site scrie maxim -10% equity din cont, eu nu am stiut acest lucru pentru ca nu scrie pe site, asa ca aveti grija inainte sa va investiti proprii bani,eu am pierdut contul la faza 2 din acest lucru!
Si nici banii alocati daca pierdeti contul nu ii mai primiti inapoi!

Hello Andrei Rusu. We are sorry that you had a bad experience with Elites Funding. However, we do not comprehend why you gave us one star. We kindly ask you to rewise your feedback as it seems that you did not try to understand and/or read the trading rules at all.
You are right, there is a 10% total account balance loss rule, but there is also a 5% daily loss rule. This means that you are not alowed to lose more than 10% of your initial balance but you must always keep in mind that you can not lose more than 5% of the balance that you have at the beginning of a trading day even if your account is in profit. In this way we make sure that you have proper risk management in each day.
These rules are actually very common in 90% of funding platforms, they are written even on our homepage before purchasing a program and they are explained properly with examples in the FAQ. As for the fee refund, this is given once you pass the challenge together with your first payout, also mentioned on the website.
Find regulated brokers ONLY
4* because of daily rules and max loss.
Even if Elites offers a 50k account to trade, max losses and max dd loses are calculated to your balance, not to your trading account.
for example:
50k account, max DD is 1.5K (with 3% max DD)
if you make profits, let's say till 100k, your max DD is 100K*3% max DD 3k, not 51.5K.
So it doesn't matter that you make profits, and keep initial funding account in the limits.
Probably, you can't even take profits if you are breaching this rule.
This is not fair for trader.
If the rule is made UNTIL NEXT DAY, Elites should make the analysys at the end of the day.
In my case for example, even if I had losses, by the end of the day my account with my trades that elites closed seconds before market changed direction as my setup I've been having at least 8% of initial balance of 50K in profit.
Is not a fair policy because they are closing your positions and suspending your account during the trading session.

1* minus because support is not available all the time and they are not so responsive it can last 3-4 days to have an answer to your email

I don’t know for sure if they pay on real account because I was not eligible anymore after elites closed my transactions in the middle of trading session

After I made my point, they activated a new account of 50K - real account, with a minus of 1K as withdrawal. anyway, after few hours, ELITES deleted the provided account as a reanalysis of the informations provided.
I supposed it was just to modify my TRUSTPILOT feedback.
The final answer, after they confirmed that it wasn't right how they proceded by closing my transactions and my account, is to find another firm.
Answer to Elites 08.03.2024
When you say Daily drawdown it means 24 hours of trading, this is a day. Drawdown daily is calculated on closed deals.
A closed drawdown is a drawdown measured from the closing price to the next closing price, while an open drawdown include the intraday drawdown between the closing prices.
You (ELITES) closed my deals to brake the rule.

Hello Alin Stanca, we appreciate your feedback and taking time to write here about your experience on Elites Funding platform. However, our customer support team took all the time possible to write endless emails towards you and try to explain that you did not understand the trading rules properly. They are very well explained in the FAQ with examples, and our team took the time to explain them to you again. For the express challange that you purchased, you had a 6% overall drawdown limit and a 3% daily drawdown limit, which is calculated everyday based on the balance that you have available at the beginning of that trading day. These apply to equity as well, so if your equity has reached -3% from the balance (equity) that you had at the beginning of a trading day, your account will be violated. It does not matter if you closed the trade or not. Once it is violated, our system closes the trades automatically.
After trying to explain to you multiple times how the system works, even though this is not something new, and it is very common among funding platforms, you kept suggesting how you think "it is fair" for the algorithm to work.
We understood your frustration and explained that our team has opened that account by mistake and that your original trading account was violated indeed according to the rules. After hearing your desires we realized that you were hoping to get analized by your account balance and not equity, so our team suggested that you should try another platform that ofers something like this as unfortunately there was no way for us to make you satisfied as we have no programs that offer such trading conditions.
The algorithm and the rules are the same for every user from our platform including those which manage to pass the challenges and withdraw big profits.
