Elite Surgical have been exceptional from start to finish.

From the initial call with Mr Hassan followed by a face to face consultation he was nothing but warm and professional. He kept me at ease throughout the whole process.
He also checked in after surgery a few times so knowing he was available if I had any post op questions put my mind at rest!

Simon Williams, the Office Manager, also went above and beyond.
He kept me updated throughout and checked in on me a number of times after surgery. Any issues he was always at the end of the phone. His customer service was absolutely unbelievable.
The same goes for Mr Hassan.
I cannot thank them enough.

I am now nearly 4 weeks post op and I am thrilled with my results. I wish I had it done years ago!

I have also attached a few photos. The BBL mattress, chair and pillow were and still are an absolute game changer, especially the mattress for people that can’t sleep on their front.
I placed it on top of my normal mattress surrounded by pillows and a long yoga pillow for under my thighs and it was a comfortable nights sleep.

The pillow is now my new best friend and comes with me everywhere!
It has just made the recovery a lot easier!

Since the age of 6, I’ve lived a life shaped by bullying, seclusion, and abuse — all because of how my nose made my face look to others. Relationships were rare and short-lived. My life felt like living in a permanent lockdown.

From the age of 17, I began searching for the absolute best rhinoplasty surgeon in the world. I scoured everything — every clinic, every name. But I could never find someone who I truly believed was both a master of their craft and someone who could actually understand the horror that I had endured.

However, just a few months ago, I uploaded photos of my face to ChatGPT and simply asked: “Who is the best rhinoplasty surgeon in the world?” — the one I had spent my whole life looking for. Hand on heart, only one name came back: Sultan Hussein.

I didn’t know anything about him. I had never come across his name before, which was strange, given how extensive my research had been over these past 20 years. But when I saw that he was based only a few miles from where I live, I felt like it had to be divine intervention because I had been using a VPN when I was talking to ChatGPT — the AI didn’t even know my location.

But what Sultan didn’t know — and what he will now learn from reading this review — is that I had already made my funeral arrangements. I had planned to leave this world the day before my 40th birthday. After a lifetime of trying to survive a reality I never chose, I was finally exhausted and ready to go home.

So I decided: why not give Sultan my final chance?

Yesterday, nine days after surgery, I walked down Harley Street to Sultan’s office — and for the first time since I was six years old, not a single person looked at me strangely. No smirks. No double takes. No cruelty. Just a normal walk, like anyone else.

And in that walk, I felt a kind of freedom I have never known before ... that walk alone was worth everything.

So, was the operation a success? Let me put it this way: the moment I began walking down that long and busy road, I knew I was staying past my 40th birthday.

Before meeting Sultan, I had no life, no friendships and no relationship. My last date spat on the ground by my feet and told me that someone who looks like I do should kill myself.

Now for the first time in my life, I actually feel human …

For the first time in my life this morning, I watched the sunrise. And I didn’t just feel alive … I felt reborn. Like someone finally given a real second chance at life again but this time, not being or having to feel any different to the regular Joe in the street.

I now have a real chance at life and I will never forget that this would never have been even remotely possible without Sultan Hussein.

From start to finish I had an amazing experience.
For starters, Mr Hassan is an incredible surgeon. He gave me results far beyond my expectations and I am absolutely over the moon. I 100% recommend Mr Hassan if you are considering a rhinoplasty. He has excellent bedside manner, he is very transparent about what to expect and what he can achieve. As soon as I spoke to Mr Hassan the first time during my consultation I immediately knew he was the surgeon I wanted to go to.
Simon was absolutely brilliant before, during and after. His communication was 10/10. He checked in on me so many times after surgery which I think is lovely (even if he is only doing his job he seemed to genuinely care about how I was doing!). He is also very knowledgeable and easily answered any questions I had both before and after my surgery.
Dr Bindal my anaesthetist was absolutely amazing!! He was so lovely and made me feel as though I was in very safe hands when being put to sleep. I didn’t even have a sore throat after surgery which I was expecting so he must be incredibly skilled with intubation!

I am only 4 weeks post op and already love my nose. I already have minimal swelling, and I had no bruising after 2 weeks!

I had the best experience with Mr Hassan and his team at Elite Surgical, through all the stages at the beginning to the surgery itself to the amazing aftercare they provided.

I had a rhinoseptoplasty and chin implant carried out by Mr Hassan in April 2024 and the results exceeded my wildest expectations. Mr Hassan explained the objectives and potential limitations of the surgery to me very clearly and I did not feel any pressure to undergo the procedures. Apart from the usual pre-op nerves, I felt very reassured by Mr Hassan, the thoroughness of the preparations and the detail of the information provided.
I did not experience any pain afterwards, and as soon as the dressings were removed, I was astounded by the results. Whilst I appreciate that the shape of my nose will continue to change subtly over time, this was exactly the outcome I wanted to achieve: my facial proportions were so much better, I have a far stronger profile and I no longer feel remotely self-conscious about having my photograph taken. This really is the best decision I have ever made. Mr Hassan was a pleasure to deal with, warm, witty and down to earth while taking his job extremely seriously. The aftercare provided by Simon and the rest of the team was exemplary, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Hassan and the team.

I had a bullhorn lip lift with Mr Sultan Hassan at the beginning of April. We had discussed what I hoped to achieve and I was informed of how the procedure is done what to expect during surgery and recovery.
The facility is excellent and the staff are warm and friendly. The surgery was quick and Mr Hassan made sure I knew what was happening and that I was doing well. The stitches were fantastic, small and immaculately neat.
The recovery has been excellent with very little pain. After my stitches were out the redness subsided immediately and I’ve not used make up to cover the scar at all as it’s barely visible. I have full range of motion with my lip, there is a little tingling but at only three months out I’m not at all concerned.
I’m in love with my new lip (I actually have one now) I excited to have further procedures at Elite, Mr Hassan listens to what you want and gives an honest opinion on if it is achievable.

I'm now two years out from my initial rhinoplasty with Dr Hassan and I am so happy with the results. The patient care has been exemplary at every stage. I researched and spoke to a lot of different surgeons before settling on Elite and this was because they treat you as an actual person/patient and not just a walking cash cow.

From the initial consultation, Dr Hassan takes the time to actually get to understand your priorities, reasons for surgery and is very honest about what can/can't be achieved. The support team is available 24/7 and super responsive, I've had check ups at every stage - 24 hours post surgery to 2 years later!

I have no reservations in recommending Elite - my advice to anyone undergoing rhinoplasty is to be prepared for a journey of recovery and not just an overnight result post surgery. Elite made me feel informed at every stage of this journey and that I was supported at every step.

Having seen Mr Hassan yesterday 20/03/24 for a review of moles removal on my face( a total of four) I can say that I know why I would NOT go to any other cosmetic surgeon for this or any other elective cosmetic surgery of any kind. I've always been self conscious about my nose, especially my side profile due to a bump that developed on the bridge of my nose during my early teens. Rhinoplasty is something I've wanted for so many years, but was aways put off exploring it further due to worries about whether or not i would be happy with the results, or if i would be left with further problems.

After many years I finally came across Dr Hassan. Dr Hassan had performed rhinoplasty on a friend of mine and i was amazed at the results. After looking at further reviews and seeing the amazing feedback Dr Hassan had, I decided to book my surgery with Elite Surgical following the initial consultation. Dr Hassan knew exactly what i wanted and how to achieve it. The procedure and after care was fully explained during my consultation and any questions or concerns that i had were discussed, putting my mind at ease.

Following my surgery, Dr Hassan came to see to me and showed me the before and after pictures that had been taken immediately before and after surgery. Even immediately after, my nose looked perfect and exactly what i had wanted. The recovery was tough however, i really struggled with being unable to breathe through my nose due to the post surgery packaging and hardly slept as a result. There was no pain at all, it was just uncomfortable. After 2 weeks i was finally able to remove my cast. My nose was still really swelled understandably, but loved the fact that it already looked so straight and that the swelling would significantly reduce over time.

At almost 1 year post surgery, i can see my final result and i am more than happy with it. I can honestly say that it’s the best decision i ever made. My confidence has grown massively and no longer refuse to have pictures taken from the side. I cant thank Dr Hassan enough for giving me the nose I’ve always wanted.

After being incredibly paranoid about my nose for many years, I decided to have a Rhinoplasty procedure with Mr Hassan after reading and hearing reviews based on his previous work.

Best decision I ever made... the paranoia has gone and Mr Hassan has changed my life! I am over the moon with the outcome, Mr Hassan really is the best in the business. The support and care that he showed from Pre-Op right through to post-op and even 2 years on has been amazing.

when i was 17 i had a bad facial injury breaking two front teeth and my nose. at the time although my septum was badly twisted in the accident when swelling went down from the front my nose looked fairly straight ,left nostril blocked due to twisted septum.at the time the word was leave well alone.as i aged my nose became increasing wide to the extent i felt i had a nose in front of my face instead of part of it ,breathing thru nose poor.i spent about a year trying to get help either nhs or private with very little success .an old friend talked one night said elite surgical very good dr sultan hassan one of the best in uk ,if he cant help no one can .after consultations a surgery was arranged and although 2 surgerys were needed due to the complicated procedure (not just a rhinoplasty but more of a nose reconstruction)the final result is fantastic . breathing thru my nose has never been so good ,and i have a perfectly straight nose.thankyou to everybody at elite surgical its fantastic, where i was down about my nose at one time i am now really happy. stuart

I have found Dr. Hassan to be very warm, friendly and polite throughout the whole experience. Feeling at ease was essential to me when choosing a surgeon so his ability to build a good rapport really made a difference early on. I was very pleased with the level of detail he went into when explaining my procedures (modified one stitch face lift and rhinoplasty) both at the initial consultation and again on the day. His team in theatre were very professional, yet so lovely and reassuring - again, this really made a difference. Post operative care was explained clearly, and having just finished my Zoom call with him where he talked me through the removal of my cast, I'm pleased (and relieved) to say I am thrilled with the results. I have a youthful jawline once again (!) and my refined nose looks fab! It's early days, but as I get underway with my post-operative care, I know I'm in good hands. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Hassan to anyone who requires a highly experienced surgeon with a warm, friendly approach.

The best decision I ever made. Its been life changing for me. Elite surgical have been amazing and the communication has been 5*. Simon was so caring and always there to answer any questions I had. Dr Hassan is a perfectionist and very attentive to what I wanted the outcome to be. He was very honest with me and made me feel very comfortable in his presence. My experience was so much better than I could have ever imagined and my results are just out of this world. Its true what they say you pay for what you get!! I have no regrets.

I had a revision rhinoplasty with Mr Hassan a year ago and the results have been fantastic. Mr Hassan was very good at explaining what changes he could make and what was and wasn’t possible. The pre-surgery and post-surgery appointments were thorough and gave me plenty of time to ask any/all questions. The surgery itself went smoothly, as did the post-surgery aftercare. Mr Hassan has also had several follow-up appointments with me to ensure I am healing as well as possible. His office has been very easy to get a hold of whenever I’ve had questions and they were proactive in booking me in for the follow-up appointments.
