Caesar phoned minutes after my SOS message on Thumbtack. He got my external speakers and laptop talking to each other! He has the patience of a saint, speaks everyday plain English, and is a delight. We resolved this fast and remotely. The external speakers' enhanced sound is an issue since I've got diminished hearing and am on Zoom most of each day. Caesar's now my first call for IT matters. I'll let my greater world know about you!
