Two years is amazing – you’ve really given your body the time to settle into it, and it’s so lovely to hear how much of a difference it’s made for you. Feeling less irritable and less anxious each month is huge, especially when hormones have been all over the place.

It’s mad isn’t it – you don’t always realise just how much they’re doing until you stop for a few days… and then it’s like “oh wow, okay, we’re not doing that again” 😅

We hear this a lot with going away actually, and I love that you’ve sorted auto delivery so you’re never caught out again – once you know, you know!

Three years is incredible, thank you for sticking with us for so long. And especially after everything you’ve been through with your endometriosis and surgery… that’s a lot for your body to handle. I too suffer with Endo so I empathise fully.

It doesn’t surprise me at all that you felt the difference when you had to stop for a few weeks – it’s always that moment of “oh wow, okay this really was doing something.” So glad you felt more like yourself again once you were back on it.

Hearing that it’s helping you day to day with your hormones and just life in general is everything to us.

Emma, this is just incredible to read – thank you so much for taking the time to share all of this 💛

The hair shedding especially… that’s such a horrible thing to go through, and it can really knock your confidence. Its not even a vanity thing, our hair is a real part of our identity, So to hear that after a couple of months it stopped and now your hair feels thicker and healthier again – that’s just amazing.

And the magnesium helping to take that constant anxious edge away… Living with that underlying panic is exhausting, so feeling calmer and sleeping better is such a big shift day to day.

Also, thank you for mentioning our customer service – that genuinely means so much. I always want people to feel looked after and properly supported, not just like “another order”. So to know youve had a great experience makes me happy!

I actually love that you’ve said this so much, because so many people feel exactly the same at the start – a bit sceptical, especially with everything you see on socials.

When you’re dealing with fatigue, low mood and that loss of spark post menopause, it’s not a small thing to take a chance on something new. So I’m really glad you did.

The fact you started to feel that shift within a few weeks… that feeling of your energy coming back and just feeling more like yourself again – that’s everything. “My essence returned” is such a lovely way to put it.. maybe there is an Ad in there somewhere ;)

We here it so much hahah! you don’t realise something’s working until you stop… and then within days it’s like “oh… okay, that was doing something” 😅 The fact your family and friends noticed as well says it all.

I’m really glad you went back on them and felt that difference again. And especially when HRT isn’t an option for you, having something you can rely on day to day makes such a difference.

Nails!! That’s such a big one. If you’ve had soft, bendy nails for years, to suddenly have them feel properly strong after just a month… it’s a bit of a “wait, what?!” moment isn’t it. Elissa and I found that too :))

I’m really excited for you to see how things progress over the next couple of months with your hair and skin too – keep us posted, we love a little update!

Also not a minor point at all about the box – I’m so glad you said that. We designed it to feel like something you’d actually want to keep by your bed, not hide away in a cupboard. And if it’s helping you stay consistent, then it’s doing its job perfectly.

Thank you for updating the review to reflect the time frame… this is most helpful.
I do just want to gently mention that our supplements are designed to be taken consistently for a full 90 days, as this allows your body the time it needs to respond properly. in viewing your account I can see you have reached the two-month mark yet, so it’s still quite early to assess the full benefits.
I’m also a little unsure why you didn’t reach out to me sooner, as I’m always here to help. In most cases where someone feels things aren’t working, there’s usually an underlying reason ,whether that’s timing, routine, absorption, or something else  and with a few small adjustments, I can often help get things back on track.

Can I ask how long you’ve been taking them and which products you’re on? With things like hormones, collagen and magnesium, it can sometimes take a bit of time (and consistency) before you start to feel the full benefits, but it’s also important we make sure you’re on the right combination for you.

If you’re happy to share a bit more, I’d love to help you figure out what might be going on – whether it’s timing, dosage, or just tweaking things slightly.

I really appreciate your honesty as well – a month in can still feel a bit early, especially with hormones so you’re absolutely right to give it that bit more time. It’s not always an overnight change, frustrating as that can be.

I love your attitude though – “wait patiently and see” – because consistency really is key

I’m so glad the collagen’s been a win for you – especially with bone pain as well as skin and nails, that’s such a lovely result after 3 months.

With the Golden Pill and magnesium, I completely get where you’re at. Three months is usually a good point to start noticing something, but it’s not the same for everyone – especially with hormones, it can be a bit more gradual or sometimes a bit subtle at first.

Before you decide to cancel, it might be worth us having a little look at how you’re taking them – timings, consistency, even just making sure they’re the right fit for what you’re needing support with. Sometimes a small tweak can make a difference.

Hi Clare! I'll admit,  I wasn't expecting this review. 

In truth it breaks my heart to read, as I flick though our 5 emails and 3 phone calls over the Easter break - even though I was out of office I was entirely happy to assist you and resolved all issues with in a matter of minutes - once we got to the bottom of the account not being in your name or with the email address you provided... it was an easter hunt of a very different kind but one I was happy to take to help :) 

I just wanted to gently clarify a few points in response to your review. Our products are designed to work through consistent, cumulative use, and we are always transparent about the need for at least two consecutive months (and often longer) to begin seeing meaningful benefits. From what I can see from your account, this timeframe hadn’t quite been reached, which can understandably lead to the feeling that it’s not working.

I’ve actually just spoken with your partner and left my number, as I’d really welcome the opportunity to talk this through with you directly. Often, small adjustments to timing, routine, or overall lifestyle can make a big difference to how the body responds, and I’d be more than happy to help you optimise this.
