Total scam company! Do not buy anything from this retailer!! I purchased one bottle and then they made out I made a subscription which I hadn’t and charged me three times the amount of the original shampoo. When it eventually arrived it was a tiny trial size pack that wasn’t even worth the original price and obviously didn’t trust the shampoo so threw it away.

Saw this Hair-Loss shampoo product on Facebook and ordered what I thought would be a 500ml bottle, based on the Facebook video ad. I received (2) tiny bottles (100ml) for $35. Then they immediately charged me another $65 for a monthly subscription, which I did NOT signup for. As of today, I have only received (2) tiny bottles of shampoo. Do NOT buy from these people, its a SCAM.

One of the biggest scammers I have ever ordered from!!
Ordered 2 bottles of 100ml RoseMary Hydrolyzed Keratin at a discount price of £20.38. Upon receiving the items, few days later, I received another a bottle of 100ml RoseMary Hydrolyzed Keratin and I later realised that £43.99 has been taken away from my account. I emailed their costumer service and nothing has been done to resolve this issue.

SCAM! I ordered Shampoo and a month later, still not received. Contacted the company via the email on the website only for it to bounce back. Is it even a real company?

I ordered and paid for 60 Mullein Gummies from their company Oryan Health. The package arrived damaged and with only 8 instead of 60 gummies. I have emailed twice and filled out the refund request form without any response. I have spoken to my bank and they will be dealing with it from now on.

I would actually rate this site and product with a zero for sure because my first ever e was very bad. They say that the product has been delivered but I never received it. This is a total SCAM and I am so sorry that I even tried this. They don’t even reply to the email and also there is no phone number to reach them. Pure B.S./Total Scam, Not happy.

Taking the payment and not sending the order.

Total scam. Took over 45 usd for a shampoo and SAID they were mailing it to my billing address which is not even in the country I live in! When I emailed - 5 times - they never answered. I tried to communicate via Facebook and they wrote a message in Arabic! I translated it and the person said she was referring my complaint to her "manager". Nothing. No answer and no refund. THIEVES.

I could not cancel the membership that I didn’t sign up for they took over $400 AU over 8 weeks while I was trying. To cancel by email and through their website which always lead me to a page that ‘was not loading!!! After they continued to use every card I had even after they were cancelled finally my bank blocked them !!!! They are greedy scammers !!!

but now the are sending me every months 1 buttle and I have to pay, I have send them 2 mails and told them that I dont want the shampoo anymore but they dont bader to answear me, I have got 12 buttles alreddy what kaind of a firm is this, its a scam compani, I am retired and dont have så mutch money to pay every months, I ask them to refund my money to my bankaccount bur no respons,what kaind of people is cheating people for money they dont have any shame in thers body. This is just a scam. I ordered shampoos in December which got delivered more than a month later. The quality of the shampoos was a poor as one can imagine. My hair became rough, hard to manage and very dry. The company plays a very visible fraud with its customers and plunders their money. They have set an automatic re-transfer on their account which means that once we make the payment,our bank details are stored in their system and the amount keeps getting deducted from our bank. I got a bill of 39.99 £ again on January 13th , 2026 while l hadn't even made any order. That money was just plundered by these scammers. I then contacted them and requested them to return my money but they didn't do anything . l contacted my bank and went through a detailed check on my money transfer and stopped any future pay scam by this company.

I made one order in December and I kept getting billed I don’t know how to contact them to stop billing me $44.93 is a lot twice a month for just one order it’s hard I can’t even contact them

Wish I read the reviews. O mg bad my hair is stripped coarse and unmanageable I have had to put on a mask twice now the first time I only left my mask on 20 mins and I couldn't get my brush through my hair. Any one with dyed hair really needs to avoid it because it's actually damaged my hair. I doubt it will make any difference to the hair loss if nothing else I think I have lost hair because it's so striping to it. It looked like a good shampoo consistency was nice but effect was terrible 😔. It's not that cheap so I thought I'd try it I'm going back to the morrocanoil. It's expensive but worth every single penny now to me. Bad company that doesn't say it is not for women with treated hair.

Don’t bother to buy. I ordered the shampoo 4 weeks ago and it has still not arrived. Then a few days later the company charged me for a second bottle to be shipped out as a repeat and they charged that one at what I think was full price. The first bottle $19 Aus dollars the second $60!!! No one has responded to any emails. The disclaimer page ‘cannot be found’ disgusting to say the least, do not deal with them!

I wish I can meet the owner of this scams thats how much I can say I'll.make him to pay all the money they still from people

I purchased one item that I have received. Upon checking my bank statement I have been charged a further £43.99 for a product I have not ordered or received. Have tried several times to contact the company but no response.
Don’t buy from them the customer service is disappointing
