Chinese overprised Swimmwear

Title: Review: Terrible Company - Chinese Products and Scam!

Review:
This company is a complete disaster. I ordered 3 swimsuits, and not only did they take two weeks to arrive, but when I tried to exchange an item, they didn't have any proper instructions on their website. To make matters worse, they provided me with an address in CHINA for returns, which would make the return shipping extremely expensive. It's ironic that they claim to send the swimwear from NYC. This company is a total scam!

Second time ordering Elsa & Rose

This is my second time ordering Elsa & Rose bikini and I absolutely love the quality and fit. I like timeless pieces so my last order has been Abby and damn the cream colour is absolutely gorgeous!! Will order again 🤍🤍🇩🇰

Do not buy from Elsa & Rose

Ordered "Naomi" bikini top and bottom. After paying import taxes, I received a different bikini model than the one I ordered (and in the wrong size). Have contacted Elsa & Rose in regards to this several times but have not heard back for three months. Do not buy from this company.

Scam company

If it were possible to give the company zero stars, I would. ordered a bikini for SEK 646 and paid it in advance in May. now in September it will finally come. But then I have to pay SEK 2,695 to pick up the package at the post office. This is due to import VAT and customs duty. the company has written up the value of the bikini at about 700 dollars, hence the high fees. I have had to ask the Swedish postal authority to dispose of the bikini, because who wants to pay 400 dollars for a junk bikini when winter is almost here

Awful customer service

The bikinis are very cute, but quite expensive+ the delivery fee. I ordered one bikini set which arrived in 2 weeks. I once emailed the customer care asking where's my order as the delivery time was supposed to be shorter, but there was no answer. The bikini however was cute indeed, maybe a bit poor quality and also the top was a bit too small. I email the customer service again and receive no answer. Next day I approach the customer service on the website chat and still no answer. I didn't get the chance to return my order, because you have to receive the required forms from the customer care. All in all, cute bikinis, but VERY bad, or should I say nonexistent customer service.

DON’T buy from this company!!!

I should have done some research on Rose Swimwear. First of all the quality was subpar at best. I ordered a large and it might fit my 6 yr old granddaughter, not true to size at all! I wanted to return it for a refund, but after paying the cost to ship it back, would have defeated the whole purpose of asking for a refund. Needless to say, I will NOT be buying from this company again.

Hi Donna, I am sorry to hear this was your experience with Elsa and Rose. May I ask what bikini you purchased? I’m also having trouble locating your order in my system, maybe it was placed under a different name? If you could provide a few additional details I’m happy to look into this.

My name is Aysha and I recently took over Elsa and Rose. I appreciate you bringing these matters to my attention. I’m not sure when you placed your order but our new policy covers return shipping. As far as sizing goes I can assure you any new products will adhere to a specific size chart and have been inspected for quality control. However, I will have a second look at existing inventory for quality and size assurance.

Thank you again for your feedback. I will be looking into this on our end to make sure these issues are taken care of immediately. I love what Elsa and Rose stands for and intend to continue to support women everywhere! We’ve got big things coming this year. I know you’ve had a bad experience but please know that I am here to do things better! Give us another try or don’t, regardless we are here to support you! Thanks again for taking the time to write a review, though not the most favorable it has brought much to my attention.

Terrible Customer Service

I finally received my order and it doesnt fit. Ive sent an email to inquire about a return and no response. They have a *return page* that denied my email and order number. I had even emailed in advance to ask about sizing and even then nothing. Will not be ordering again.

The return process was a nightmare

The return process was a nightmare. I ordered three swimsuits from Rose swimwear, and only one was of suitable quality to keep. I had to spend far too much time, energy, emails and cash (return shipping & tracking) to get the information to make the return. 2 weeks after they received the returned items I still had not received payment. I don't believe I would have received my $$ if I did not keep following up with emails and then finally threatening with a poor review. Extremely poor customer service experience.

Bikini not delivered after 2 months

I wonder if their products even exist! Ordered 2 MONTHS ago, tracking number didn’t exist! They offered to resend it to another address, I gave them my parents LOCAL address, 2 weeks after still no bikini! 😳

Horrible service

I ordered a bikini from this site. I love their suits, and are one of the only bathing suits I feel confident in. I recently ordered a second bikini from them, but received a bottom that was too small. I emailed them immediately upon opening my package, sending them pictures as proof. They informed me that I would have to pay to ship it back and they would swap out the bottoms. I told them I would not pay more than what I have to fix their mistake. They have since stopped responding to my emails and I now have a bikini that does not fit me. I’m furious and appalled at this “customer service.” This behavior is childish and unacceptable for any business. Own up to your mistakes and make it right.

I see that the issue has been resolved - for some reason the email didn’t come through to us. Very rarely, we do experience this problem of a certain email not coming through. We receive hundreds of emails every day, and have a record of replying to them within 24 hours on weekdays. Really recommend them :)

The sizes are like what I usually wear and it was nicer in person actually. I have a larger cup size and was surprised that it fit well - usually bikini tops are usually quite tricky for me! I´m buying another one soon :)

Good service / easy exchange!

I´ve been obsessed with their bikinis since I saw them on IG and ordered the Tiffany bikini. I ordered it in the wrong size and they sent me a new sized bottom free of charge. Really great service that I could keep the old bottom and compare it with the new one before sending it back!! It felt quite personal - the service actually. Went smooth!!

Def recommend!!

I´ve always been hesitant about buying bikinis online since I don´t know how they fit. I was actually SO positively surprised by the fit - I ordered a tie side crochet bikini and it fit really well. True to size. LOVED that they had a live chat too - def made it easier to make my decision!!!
