The brilliant gemstone drop earrings looked bold online and they’re just as bold in real life. I was nervous they’d be heavy but surprisingly comfortable. Took about 8–9 days to reach me in the UK. I had a quick email exchange about delivery and they were very polite. Really happy overall.

My timeless gold elegance earrings feel way more expensive. Packaging was simple but cute.

I grabbed the vintage silver golden heart earrings during the final winter sale and they arrived in 10 days. The heart shape is soft and not cheesy at all. One of the backs was loose at first but they sent a replacement straight away, no hassle. That kind of service matters. Will order again.

I ordered earrings for valentines day, but nothing arrived, I emailed them several times , but got the same corporate email ' thanks for reaching out to us'. I realise it's money lost, and hope others read these reviews. Buy from your local jewelry shop.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Wrong item sent, very poor quality, very poor customer service and all in all just a load of crap. I wish I had read all these reviews……..please don’t waste your time or money!

Finally got a response. Asked for pictures which I sent. Apologies received and stated can keep the ring and choose either something else or the same ring.

Opted for the same ring. Message back, out of stock please choose alternative. Choose another ring. Message back, out of stock.
Replied saying I want a full refund. Response we can offer you 20% back if what I spent. Disgusting service. Responded not happy with offer I want refund. Waiting for response

Utter crap. What I ordered was not what I received and it certainly is not hand made and not real silver. I have contacted them 3 times to request a returns label but they just bluff asking for photographs or offering to send something else. Also very misleading that the business name leads you to think it’s based in the UK but the emails are from a different country in a different time zone. Do not touch with a barge-pole.
Am looking to report the company to Facebook and UK authorities

Avoid this company. The website is deliberately misleading to look like a British company. I usually check reviews before buying from the internet. Sadly, I didn't this time. The jewellery is cheap rubbish. I bought earrings to wear with a wedding outfit. When they arrived (after a long wait - obviously they were coming from China) they were cheap and nasty; could not possible wear them for my son's wedding. The second pair likewise, in addition, the rings that fit through the ears would not open and when I tried to open them, they broke. No point trying to get my money back. This is, of course, how they make their money.

This company is not in the UK. False advertising. Jewellery was poor quality and the earrings had very stiff clasps making it impossible to open. Tried to return ring as too small but told to keep it and they would send another in the right size if i paid postage from abroad so 30 day refunds advertised are not true. DO NOT TOUCH
