I ordered a personalised man’s bracelet. It took its time but arrived in time - no issues, nicely packaged, well made - looks good. The negative reviews read didn’t reflect my experience. I usually read reviews before I order something and decide based on the feedback of both consumers and their responses. I’m happy that on this occasion I forgot to do this.
The bags I received were poorly made, cheap material and one of the zippers was broke upon arrival. I have emailed and used social media to try and contact this company for over a week and I have not received one response. Total garbage, and people should stop buying from them immediately.
***BUYER BEWARE*** Do not order from the company. They advertise “ Bagsmart” bags but, that’s not what I received. I received 2 very cheap quality bags and I’ve sent numerous Facebook messages and emails for return instructions but, the company will not respond.
Very poor quality items. I could tell straight away they weren’t of the same quality as the ones advertised. I emailed twice to start the returns process but received no answer. It’s been over two weeks and I’m not expecting a response at this stage. I don’t even want to give them away because they’re so poor. Will have to throw in the bin. Please AVOID!
Basically a scam company.Ordered 2 items on buy 1 get 1 free,through tiktok ad.one was worn the next day and lasted about 2hrs.The magnets fell out because the fabric is lightweight and cheap.The stitching to hold them in place is cheap.Emailed multiple times to complain but haven't recieved a response since.I am now in process of reporting them to trading standards.
Very bad quality, see-through, very thin material. The undercap is ill-fitted, the material hides the whole face. They do not answer emails, do not bother! SCAMMERS

Took money and did not receive my order. Several emails sent but no response. Said it was delivered without any evidence. Will be taking this further. In talks currently with trading standards. If you’ve had similar experience, please report to trading standards.
I’m very disappointed with the service. It’s been almost three weeks since I placed my order and I still haven’t received the products. The delivery time is completely unacceptable, especially with no clear updates or communication about the delays.
To make matters worse, the customer service has been poor – slow to respond and not helpful when they do. I’ve had to chase for answers multiple times, and I still don’t have a resolution.
Would not recommend based on this experience. Really frustrating.

Don’t touch this company like the other review you are unable to communicate to anybody.. but to raise a return you have to send an email and then they go quiet.. By law you are entitled for a 30 day refund and therefore this company has broken these basic trading standards. I will now be reporting them in hope they shut down.
I hope nobody else gets caught with this company.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE CANT GET A REFUND.
I ordered weeks ago and the item doesn't seem great quality and is way too long in length, l've emailed for a refund and had to send another email again and yet no reply, l've been waiting over a week seems like they just take your money and then don't bother to reply, very upset my number for order is E242955 if they want to bother replying.
