Can't get this vendor to accept my credit card!
Nowhere to write or call?
so hopefully not or row can get through and get my.order?

Fast delivery. Clear picture. Excellent product. Great communication.

Appreciate to have it and unfortunately no closed captioned. I reported and one of your worker said mean thing to say to me.

The DVD was appropriately packaged and arrived safely. The movie, although old (made for TV from the early 1970s) was of decent quality and there were no major defects. I was very happy with my purchase and will do business again with this company.

Even though the DVD works well it is a recorded version on a DVR the company needs to make sure they are telling their customers that before they purchase so they know what they are buying and also be prepared to know it takes time to get through customs

Your service was very prompt and the quality of the movie on the DVD was excellent. I would gladly buy another movie from you again, and I would gladly recommend your store to my friends.

Met my high expectations!

Ordering was easy. I was informed about shipping and progress. And my order arrived in a timely manner. I got what I ordered with no worries. Cannot ask for more than that. Very satisfied.

Came with a decent case.

This is a well set out site and I like the fact that you can organise the sections you want to search in a number of ways. The range of films is extensive and it is a real pleasure to browse through the old films I love from the Golden Age of Hollywood. The colourised versions of many of the old films is absolutely wonderful and it is so convenient that many of the films are downloadable. While the site is clearly set out and the buying process straightforward, when I have needed help it has been available and sorted quickly. THis is an excellent site providing and excellent and fast service and all film lovers should give it a go.

The movies are fine, but the customer service sucks!! My shipping said label created in Whittier, California, so I assume the dvd was in California. When I inquired about it, a VERY rude person from Germany responded with a mocking email. Highly don't recommend for that reason.

Order arrived quick and in good condition

Good service and very reasonable price. The DVD is excellent.

Prompt. Item received in perfect condition

Great product, DVD, delivered when indicated.

Received my dvds in a reasonable time

Said he posted with courier via Germany. Package never arrived. When asked for help in locating the alleged ‘delivery’, I was mocked and ridiculed by him saying “ha you stupid person should have paid insurance on the purchase”.
Appalling rogue retailer

Very reliable company. Ordering from the US is always trivky with foreign sellers. This experience was flawless
