I have recently purchased a Kamado Joe through Ember and Iron. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Any questions I had when trying to decide which one to buy were dealt with so quickly. Once purchased communication was brilliant keeping me informed and on the day of delivery all went to plan. I opted for the build service with the BBQ built and all rubbish removed. Overall I'm very happy I chose Ember and Iron and will use them when I am looking to purchase additional accessories for my Kamado.
Placed an order for 2 Kamado Joe's. Constantly kept up to date with delivery, and just an excellent all round service. Will definitely be using again

Purchased a new masterbuilt 1150, everything arrived perfect and staff even went the extra mile to make sure I had my bbq by the bam holiday weekend. Highly recommended

Brilliant experience from start to finish. The team were incredibly helpful from the initial order right through to arranging delivery at a time that suited me, which made everything seamless.
The standout for me was the butler service — having the Kamado delivered, carried through to the back of the garden, assembled perfectly, and all packaging taken away is absolute gold. No hassle, no heavy lifting, just ready to cook.
The team were professional, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. It completely removes the usual pain of buying something this size.
Genuinely one of the best delivery experiences I’ve had — highly recommend.

Great service provided by the Ember and Iron BBQ team. The price for my Kamado Joe Classic 2 with the accessories kit was the best I could find on the UK marketplace. Order was delivered next day by Rob Using the BBQ Butler Service, glad i did as would of taken me all day. I had a lot of advice how to use it properly, as this is my first serious smoker. Incredible service. I ordered my Kamado Joe in the evening and it was delivered the very next morning — genuinely blown away by how fast and efficient everything was. I was kept updated throughout the morning on exactly where my delivery was, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. This is how online shopping should be done. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Can’t wait to fire up the Kamado Joe!
