The part that impressed me the most was that Marcus from Embroidery Inc called me on the phone to tell me that I did not approve the graphics/mock up yet after noticing my comment that I needed the hats in a rush. Had actually read my comments and was trying to help me meet my deadline. I thought I had completed the approval but I didn't complete the final step. Had Marcus not reached out, I likely wouldn't have met my deadline. On top of Marcus saving the day, the hats were excellent. Good quality and great looking. I'd recommend Embroidery Inc. I'll buy from them again. I'll try not to need Marcus next time. ;)

Embroidery Inc did a fantastic job on my fiancé's custom hat with his brand logo on it. He absolutely loved it. I added something on the side and it looked great also. They were very open with communication, and made sure everything looked exactly like I wanted. Awesome quality, 10 out of 10 product.

Turn around was better than most apparel places I’ve dealt with. The quality and detail of stitched logo was pretty impressive considering the finer details in my logo. Will purchase from again!

Great product. There was an issue with USPS, an unexplained delay. However, the team at Embroidery were quick to respond and help attempt to resolve the issue. Communication is essential.

The hats came out nice! Just feel like almost $600 for (24) Richardson hats is a lil pricey! The Embroidery came out nice as well. Ive tried several times to reach back out about sum other “Stick Em Deep” hats but no one has responded
