Sam the travel consultant managed to get tickets for myself, my son and his family by BA to Bangalore at the last minute and also within our budget. He also sorted out the seats. We had a trouble free journey to and fro thanks to Sam's effort. He also stayed behind after his office hours to sort out many things as it was last minute booking during peak holiday season. Peter was helpful, he assist us in booking our flights and help us in checking in. All in all he is very reliable.

Since booking a flight earlier this year, I returned to Sam in July to book a flight for my father. I have decided to write this review as I have had an amazing service from Sid, he meant Bussinees and he is well on top of things , he makes sure to answer the phone immediately and if the phone is busy he then calls you back shortly until they resolve our query and to get the best rate and flight option for you , it was my first experience and I was needed a flight for Dubai using them for booking my wife’s flight with my 16 months old son and Sid was just wonderful he understood the nature of our journey as my family going with out me and I would be expecting a smooth journey of my family flying without me.
He also manage to get me the leg space seats for my wife and a baby cot front seat for my son. He was constantly on the phone till 7pm with us until he assured us and send a ticket on email .
I forgot to mention we did asked him to change the return date very much changed our mind just before he was going to print the ticket , he is so polite and didn’t say a word and changed the return date with out any extra cost.
I would recommend him on top of the list and he is honest works hard to get you the best price .

We were looking for an airline’s customer service number, to make a few changes to an existing booking, we put in one wrong digit and led us to Peter. He helped us with that particular issue, and is now our go to person for all our flight bookings. Spending amounts of time online trying to find best flight deals is now a thing of the past!
