For all the people saying these bad reviews are fake and parameters were messed with:
I joined as a novice so experts could advise and tell me what to do- this is what I paid for-
An expert to manage and advise- If my parameters were not set right I should have been told to do i. I do not work for another company- I am a 61 year old Woman who you can see giving a great testimonial on their website- My name is Ione Angeles. Look on the website-
I would love someone to tell me how the team can turn off trades when they perceive volatile times might affect the trades ( war in Middle East escalating was one time) but when I see my account dropping 10k in one day they can’t pause the trading? The next 2 days 13k gone, no one responded to my request till days later saying they were going to call and never did- now full on Ghosting cause I am sharing my experience- where are the responses to all the negative reviews, there is none. Only to positive reviews.

It sucks to have to write a bad review as I was making good $ from When I began last year in April 2024 until right before election time when there was a $12k drawdown and things never really recovered. I did earn 20k ( around 3K per months for 5 months) but it costs 19k to work with them for an 80/20 split
As of last week my account went from 35k
( I started with 45k in April 2024) down to 13k as of today. I tried to take my Money out last Thursday when it was down to 24 k and couldn’t get it out.
Tried to get my trades turned off, and they would not do it. A few weeks ago they turned all trades off for a week, so I know that it is possible.
FYI- If you go to their website and see all these stellar video reviews, those were all from a Zoom we did with Theo last August when things we were good. we were bribed to come to meeting with 3 months no commission taken, meaning we got all our $ for three months without them taking their cut. I did not know either that my video was to be used on their site. I just saw it the other day!
So disappointing- They literally are ruining peoples lives and will get major karma their way for it
After the 12k in one day drawdown last week the trading should have been paused, or at least after the second one last Thursday.
I’m guessing more bribing has happened to be getting good reviews in these last few days-

Been with them 3 days. Went up nice then plummeted 30% today. I'm not sold on them yet. I have a few more day to decide. At this point I'm down considerably from my initial investment not counting the 20k purchase. So far they have been the real winners. Even with the loss they collected 1200.00 in comissions. Lost even more. Now they ghost you.

I am skeptical about all the positive reviews, especially the ones from the last few days. I have been a client of Eminence Pro for almost a year, and have had larger negative months than the positive months. My 25K account was down about 15% total over the last year until this week, when their algorithm has tanked! Their master account is down 24K this week alone, so there is no way the recent positive reviews are legit. They claim there are safeguards in place, but they don't appear to be working. My account has lost 50% of it's value in the last 3 days! Nobody will respond to my emails so it appears they have gone into hiding due to their poor strategy. I would shut off the copy trading but there are still so many losing open trades on my account, I can only hope the market sees a correction and they don't all close in the red. This is my second attempt with a company claiming to have 5-10% returns per month and both experiences have been very bad. Find a reputable money manager and pay their fees. It's much safer than losing your savings to these kind of companies.

UPDATE 8/5/25: Finally got where all my trades were closed and I shut off the copy trading to preserve the little bit left in my account. Never heard back from anyone from my email and text requests, and even their reply to this review is blank. Ten days ago my account was still just above 18K (from a starting investment of 25K), and today I am left with 5.6K. Very disappointed in how this company conducts business and ignores their clients when things go badly. Noticed today that many of their positive reviews are from other countries, not the US. I personally believe these are fake, but the negative reviews all describe the same losing patterns from Oct/Nov 2024, March 2025, and the last 2 weeks, which match my experience as well.

I think I get why some people are leaving 1-star reviews. When I first joined, I got assigned an account manager who honestly wasn’t great. Communication was super spotty, and I felt like I was kind of just left hanging most of the time. I think a lot of people probably got stuck with someone similar.

Eventually I asked to switch account managers, and seriously… what a difference. My new guy has been super helpful, actually explains things, and just makes the whole thing feel a lot more clear. I realized a big part of the issue is people join and don’t really know what’s normal, so it’s easy to panic when you see random dips or don’t hear anything for a few days.

I’ve been with Eminence for about 5 months now and the performance has been pretty insane — nothing I’ve seen before in other investments. But yeah, you can’t be the type of person who’s refreshing their account every few minutes. There are ups and downs, that’s just how it works, but as long as things keep trending up over time, that’s what matters. That’s something my new manager really helped me understand.

So yeah, not perfect at the start, but with the right support it’s been a solid experience.

I signed up for Eminence at the end of December after watching a few people I trust get solid results. I was skeptical, mostly because I'de seen so many systems fall apart after one bad month. So I started small, kept my expectations low, and planned to give it 30 days.
It's now mid-June and I'm still here. My account's been growing steadily - no major spikes, no blowups. There've been slower stretches ( April was a bit flat), but May recovered nicely and I've averaged just over 5% per month since January.
The biggest difference between this and other systems I've tried is how predictable it feels. Not in boring way, but in the sense that it doesn't panic. If there's a drawdown, it cuts it. If the market's weird, it sits out. That kind of discipline is rare.

The service promoted video content suggesting monthly returns of 5% or more. My personal experience didn't match those expectations and I ended up with losses. I also wasn't able to get a refund on the subscription fee which is quite high. I see more stable outcomes on other platforms including with standard index performance. Great results so far from Novus Limes. Chat support is solid and quick to respond.

I paid for the service, started reading reviews here and decided I didn’t want to sign their contract or go through with onboarding. I asked for a full refund and they have been dragging their feet for nearly 45 days now. They send me text messages asking for a review, so I figure I’d oblige. These guys would rather make excuses about why they can’t refund you because you found out their draw downs are much greater than they advertise. Furthermore, the software isn’t even designed by them. They bought it from a third party and try to pawn off their licenses as if they were smart enough to do this well. These guys aren’t finance guys, they’re marketers who use other people’s work. Find some guy on fiver… they’ll do just as good as these guys

Wish I could give less than 1 Star. Bait and switch is the order of business here. What they tell you is NOT what they sell you. Paid a pretty penny for the “opportunity” to lose most of my money…quickly!!

Been a member for close to 3 months have lost money . They keep coming up with solutions but never follow thru with them. Half the time you get no response or it is days later. I have tried to get my money back as they said they would but they continue to drag me out. One guy sound helpful on the phone and then does nothing. Another guy starts talking to me runs me around for 3 more weeks and now will not answer the phone. Left a message for the boss to call and he has not responded.
So posting further on this same thing they are dragging the refunding process out , One person I have called and left 3 voice mails with has never returned my calls. The number they have posted for Florida seems to be an answering service as every time they call it is a different person that answers and they forwarded me to some voice mail for an guy who never calls back.
They refunded me $1,000 that I deposited thru Whop to secure my "place". Now i keep getting ask for different things to send the rest of my money back.
My personal opinion is they are waiting for the next person to buy in so they can refund someone waiting. Again I would stay far away from this. 16 days since I ask for my refund and still waiting.
I will continue to add as this drags out.
Received a full refund today. Still not a fan of the company or the methods they use but they did honor the refund policy and returned my money.

I was promised consistent returns of 5% per month and was advised not to worry, as long as I let their system handle everything and refrained from making my own trades. I followed their instructions to the letter and did not deviate from the process they outlined.

Despite being told this would be a reliable, hands-off investment, my experience was anything but. Over the course of 9 months, rather than earning the projected $5,000+ based on their claimed performance, I actually ended up losing $2,000.

To make matters worse, I was charged nearly $20,000 in upfront fees, only to later discover that others were charged significantly less for the same service. I also found that, in addition to this steep entry fee, they take a percentage of your trades and you are responsible for fees to a third-party brokerage based on your account balance. These compounding fees make profitability nearly impossible.

One of their representatives even encouraged me to roll over my entire 401(k) into their platform—thankfully, I didn't fall for that. But I fear others might not be so lucky.

In my opinion, this company operates with misleading promises, excessive fees, and disappointing results. I strongly urge anyone considering them to think twice. Based on my experience, this was not a trustworthy or effective investment partner. Do not fall for their empty assurances.

They produced videos showing a return of 5% or greater per month! I lost monies with them! And they wouldn't refund their very steep $9,900 subscription fee. Ripoff. The S&P 500 produced better returns.

Did EVERYTHING they wanted me to do over many months. I lost my program fee plus about 40% of my investment capital. This is a TERRIBLE PROGRAM. Invested roughly $70k all in, walked away with $27k. Even their salesman that pitched me walked away from the program. I asked for a refund and they stated I had to wait till the 16 month mark. I figured my account would be zero by then so I bailed. Again, this program is not good. I would consider any alternative before letting them trade your money away.

We are also very disappointed with our investment. It started looking promising, but then it took a turn for the worse, and we have not seen anything improve. We would really like to be refunded our almost $10,000 start-up fee so that it's not a total loss. We have lost about $5000 following this bot. The amount lost following the bot can not be recovered, but the start-up fee should and could be refunded. It would be the right thing to do, in my opinion

At my age, I'm not trying to swing for the fences. I've worked hard, I just want my money in something stable. This isn't perfect, but it's been consistent.
They had a dip recently, but they handled it. kept us updated, didn't run and hide. That meant a lot. I've stayed with it, and I'm still ahead.
That's all I was looking for.

I'm retired now, and I've been looking for ways to grow my savings without having to sit and watch charts all day. This has worked well.
The results have been solid, but what impressed me most was the service. When I had questions, I got answers. Not generic stuff real responses. They even walked me through things over the phone.
This kind of support is rare these days.

NOT Worth The Investment
I got sucked in by the great marketing and MyFxBook accounts.
It has a VERY expensive startup cost ($20,000) for a mediocre (at best) strategy. Maybe I just got in at the wrong time, but after doing more research, there are much better options out there for much less cost. The strategy seems to try to pick a reversal and then stack multiple trades, hoping it eventually goes into profit. I got caught in multiple drawdowns, where they had to deploy a hedge recovery system, which was also fairly risky.
Save your time and money! I lost quite a lot.

I have been user of the PRO EA (Expert Advisor) service for 8 months. In that time there have been positive months and negative months, which is not surprising because Forex Trading can be volatile. Overall, the net performance of the EA trades applied to my account has been negative.

I would like to bring three things to the attention of any person considering this service. I will also add that I would be happy to answer questions 1-on-1. I can be located in LinkedIn.

1. The most important thing of all, Theo Miller, the CEO, in a time of crisis did not do what he said he would do. In a particularly volatile period in late February and early March '25, the EA took some significant (but not total) losses. Afterwards I paused my trading because I was concerned with the trading strategy and more importantly the lack of communication during the downturn (no information on the master trader's plan of action - e.g. at what point will they cut our losses.) After the turbulence (and losses), Theo put out an official announcement on Telegram that going forward in March the Master account would operate under a 5% stop loss rule, plus a 100-pip maximum loss on a single trade rule. Based on this new information I resumed copy trading off the Master account knowing that my maximum risk was 5%. Less than a week later the market encountered more turbulence, and the Master account blew well past 10% and many 100's of pips. Theo totally disregarded his commitment. Because of this I lost much more than 5%. This has nothing to do with the inherent risk of Forex trading. This is a leader who did not keep his word and while he apologized, he ultimately shrugged his shoulders. He is not trustworthy.

2. The results advertised on their master account are NOT the same gains that a typical user gets. Due to the time lag of copying trades to your account, due to liquidity issues that make it hard to fill large orders in busy times, and due to the excessive hedging performed by the Eminence traders during a crisis, the user will very often see larger losses than the losses in the Master account. The net is that you should expect smaller gains and larger losses than the Master account.

3. Recently the trading decisions have been entirely irrational. I know this is a subjective statement however there have been multiple absolute shockers. Out of nowhere crypto trades were added to the master account. Gold trades scaling from an initial .2 lot trade to a total of 7 lots within 1 minute! An incredibly risky trade which ultimately got all the accounts in trouble. The point is that the trading style over the last couple of months was unpredictable and unnecessarily risky.

Update on April 13: please note that the Eminence reply does not refute that Theo Miller publicly communicated the operating rules of the Expert Adviser and then did not follow those rules. He cannot be trusted with your money.

I don't really leave reviews. but this has been solid so far. Setup was quick, returns have been steady and I haven't had any issues so far. It's not some wild money printer but it's also not wiping out my account like other bots I've tried.
Had one month that a bit, but the team was straight up about it, which I respect. No excuses, just proper risk management. I check in once a week, see my account growing, and move on with my day.
That's all I really wanted from this.

This program deserves no point. Been on it for over 6 months and lost over 30k and looks like nobody has an answer. Beginning to think it's scam.
