I am updating this review after attempting for months to resolve my situation directly with Eminence Pro. I have been unable to get any meaningful support, resolution, or communication regarding the 16-month refund policy that was a key part of the agreement when I signed up.
I paid approximately $20,000 for the PRO EA license and then added $19,000 of my own trading capital, based on representations that my account would mirror a “master” account using Eminence Pro’s automated trading system. The company also promoted consistent monthly returns, equity protection mechanisms, and risk safeguards.
However, my account experienced significant losses while the displayed “master” account continued to show gains. This contradicts the core promise that my account would track the master strategy. I have requested clarification and documentation many times.
I reached out repeatedly to Christian and others on the team starting in August 2024 — including attempts to schedule calls, requests to escalate to the finance team, and voicemail messages to the company number. Communication has either stopped entirely or resulted in vague reassurances with no follow-through. No one has addressed the refund clause, account discrepancies, or resolution process.
Because of:
Lack of transparency
Non-response to refund inquiries
Performance results materially different from advertised outcomes
Failure to honor terms stated in the contract
I have now been forced to involve legal counsel.
Additionally, I want to caution others:
After posting my initial concerns, I began receiving recommendations for “recovery firms.” Some of these companies appeared in other reviews for Eminence Pro. When I researched them, I found multiple indicators consistent with secondary scam behavior (i.e., targeting victims a second time).
Please be extremely cautious before giving personal information or money to any recovery service. Verify licensing, regulatory status, and reputation independently.
If someone from Eminence Pro is willing to resolve this situation professionally and honor the terms of the agreement, I am still open to communication. But as of now, I cannot recommend this company based on my documented experience.

The bot totally worked
The bot totally worked. The Company markets that it will monitor market conditions and it does exactly that. I have seen the Company shut down the bot when markets become volatile, minimizing drawdowns. The returns are also generally strong.

I’ve got more than one trading bot but there is only one that makes money, is easily managed and has a support network that is actually helpful and that’s Eminence Pro !
I’m making more money than I expected by far and with volatility spiking in the equities markets, there is no better way to diversify. I expect that the demand for their products will be rising and with that perhaps the price…. It’s worth whatever they’re going to charge. I even bought a subscription for my lady so that she can start setting herself up for a great retirement as well.

Initially very skeptical since I've tried out many Forex bots over last year. Lifechanging versus My 401K
I just got off the EMINENCE PRO Zoom Conference call with around 80+ members/investors on the platform. It seemed like every member wanted to speak about the praises for the platform. 100% Of there testimonies we're positive. Not one iota of a negative experience from anyone. People had ben on the program between five days and five months. Half of them compared eminence pro with multiple other fought platforms, they used to be on, and it was not even a comparison. The level of quality assurance and safety at eminence pro sounds like it is beyond. Compare apples to oranges with other four x bots out there. So thank you theo, and the people that is amazing platform with the safest and the greatest returns.
It has shed new light on my future quite frankly. Retirement is going to be abundantly charitable. Something I Didn't think it was going to be possible when I retired with my 35 Year old 401K There wasn't enough.

They perform as advertised
This is the third service that I've tried, and so far they are the only ones that have done what they said they'd do.
I've only been with Eminence PRO for a little over a month, and I've averaged over 10% so far. They handle everything! You don't need to watch your account daily, which is fantastic seeing how I lost ALL of my account (over $30,000) with another company while on vacation over the course of 3 days!

Been with Eminence for 3 months… great product, amazing team to work with, returns have been fantastic… but the drawdowns have been even better!! Less than 4% drawdown THE ENTIRE TIME… with returns ranging from 8%-15.5% PER MONTH. Sounds too good to be true but trust me… thats the facts!

Great Program
Initially, I was quite skeptical, given the prevalence of scams on the internet. However, I decided to book a call and judge for myself. Callum and Christian were extremely helpful, answering all my questions and easing my concerns.

Was in the middle of a drawdown on a competitors Bot and took a chance with Eminence Pro. Up .347% in 6 days but more importantly not concerned with actions I need to take to mitigate drawndowns as that is handled by Eminence Pro.

Don't Do It
This is an edit of a previous review. The experience with Eminence started out phenomenally. There were double digit returns. I broke even in less than 45 days. We just kept making money, until we didn't.
In October, the traders running the algorithm placed a couple of massive trades on the system. To their credit they were right about them. The trades went to within 1 pip of the TP mark. And then they turned. The traders lacked the discipline to admit the profits got away from them and then allowed a 2.5% profit trade to turn into a nearly 35% drawdown.
There was an equity protector in place that was to close all trades in the event of a catastrophic failure like this, but they kept closing trades and realizing losses to keep from hitting it. When it was all over nearly a month later, the equity protector hit and nearly 50% of the portfolio was gone.
This type of experience would teach anyone a lesson right? Well last week, after lowering the equity protector to 15% they did the exact same thing again, closing trades and realizing losses to prevent hitting it. When it was all said and done, 25% of the portfolio was gone this time. This was the direct result of the head trader being wrong about a trade and not getting out of it. In fact, they entered 7 additional equal positions of the same initial bad trade.
The downfall of Eminence is the arrogance to think that it does not need to respect the market. There are no stop losses on any trades. There is a blatant refusal to even consider they may be reading the market wrong when manually trading. They consistently let trades that are in profit go to drawdown because the profits weren't as big as they were aiming for. And in the last bit, they have introduced new assets that were never in the original agreement.
Beware the 5 star reviews, they are left after email pushes asking for reviews immediately after a winning trade. In the past 6 months, they have produced two massively negative months and a month that posted only a 1% gain due to their constant drawdowns.
I don't know what went so wrong, but it appears to be that their algo was overfitted for the market last year and is suffering poorly now. This has led to questionable decisions in the manual trading space.
Eminence used to be so good, but you are better holding cash and picking up cheap securities in this market.
