Réponse de Emma Bridgewater
Good afternoon,
Thank you for reviewing our product.
We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your order. Our seconds pottery can have faults with the decoration, finish or shape, but should still be fit for purpose.
We do hope that this has not discouraged you from continuing to purchase from us in the future.
Kind Regards
Emma Bridgewater Team
