As a long time somatic therapist, birth worker and space holder, I felt deeply that there must be a deeper embodied healing praxis to get to the root of emotional and also physical pain and symptoms. This training delivered on everything I could hope for and more. David and the team are truly gifted teachers who model how to hold yourself while offering this work holding space for others. The intuitive connection here is priceless, the way that David activates the intuitive knowing to apply to healing in a structured and accessible way, is something no other training or therapy school can touch.

In my own process, I have experienced deep quantum healing in my lineage. I released years of chronic pain resulting from my pregnancies and postpartum emotional burdens. I have witnessed myself and my partner and children, and even women in my lineage release toxic stories and open our hearts to the beauty and love that a truly embodied life can offer. I am forever grateful for making this investment in myself and in the healing potential for those I can hold space.

When I encountered the work of Neo Emotional Release the first time I was looking for a while to add „a new skill to my tool box“. At that point for sure I did not imagine at ALL the kind of ride I was getting on :)

Having worked in Training & Development/Coaching for some years I always felt that at a certain stage I would hit some sort of wall with clients. Some point we could not get past. Also change seemed to be coming hard and was often not sustainable. I first started to work intuitively with the body, trying different modalities but kept on looking for…something.

This „something“ came to me in the form of a video showing a client in an NER process that had me fascinated! So I registered for a masterclass which was promoted in the video: over two hours in which I repeatedly thought : „YES! That is it.“ Afterwards I immediately registered for the full training, not thinking twice-which I usually always do.

Going through the online training and the 10 day Bodywork Retreat turned my world around. It changed my work completly, added to my ability to serve clients, delivering amazing results for the people I work with. But most importantly it changed myself in so many ways: My ability to hold myself, to understand my inner dynamics, to guide myself and therefore being able to hold space for my family so much better. Just priceless.

So what can I say? I am beyond grateful that this kind of work exists, that it came to me and that I allowed myself to dive into it. Would I recommend to train with Emotional Releases Institute? Always.

The Neo Emotional Release Training cracked me open to life 🥹. Was it painful? Yes. Would I do it again? Absolutely. It did not only give me the missing link between mind, body and soul that I was looking for throughout my whole twenties. The Neo Emotional Release Training also taught me something that I could have never achieved with 1000 books or studies: how to access my body wisdom and appreciate my emotions as guides to my inner truth. Before the training I felt easily emotionally overwhelmed, after the training I was able to regulate myself and my life got so much richer in connection, selflove and purpose. Forever grateful!

It was the start of a rolling stone. Since the training I am in deep learning of the body completely from a new perspective. It is a healing revolution with a deep old knowledge which is brought into the future. A new age medicine for everyone.
