My experience with Empire Amplify has…been Crap
My experience with Empire Amplify has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
I signed up expecting professional marketing support, regular communication, and measurable results. Instead, I received very little attention, almost no meaningful communication, and no evidence that my business was benefiting from their services.
Calls and emails regularly went unanswered. Whenever I tried to speak with our Contact, I was repeatedly told he was unavailable or too busy to return my calls. As a paying client, I found this level of service unacceptable.
What concerned me most was the complete lack of reporting and transparency. I was never provided with clear performance figures, detailed results, or any meaningful insight into what was being done for my business. Despite paying for the service, I saw no measurable return and felt like my account was simply being ignored.
The situation became so frustrating that I cancelled my account in April. Even after cancelling, communication remained poor and my concerns were never properly addressed.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Empire Amplify. Businesses deserve responsive service, accountability, and clear evidence of results. Unfortunately, I received none of those things
