Your pace
You can go at your own pace. It is easy to sign in and out when you want to take a break. The classes are informative and well designed. My only wish was that you would have the option to have it read sometimes, instead of having to read all of it. Overall, I recommend it to others.

It takes time to review all the material ,I do feel one can learn alot about the new age of realestate...

The course material on REO, Foreclosure, REIT, TIC , Notes are not very clear & ambiguous. It makes me
kind of curious where Empire gets this material for the course.
