After my order went missing with the courier I emailed sara at enchanted essiestianl. Sara wad extremely helpful and sent me to more items. I received these within a couple of days with a couple of bonus gifts. Would really recommend this site to everyone. Great bargains. The communication ended up be really good. Thank you once again sara
I havnt received an email to update me on my purchase. I still havnt received items and have no idea when they are due to arrive

Hello Zena, Thank you for your review, after looking in to this matter on the same day we recieved your correspondence, it was a fault with the courier service not the company, since then I have sent new items out which you should receive in the next day or two. I am sorry you are so disappointed with our service as I try to go above and beyond for all my customers, unfortunately once our items are in the couriers possession it is out of my control, but i do try and rectify issues ASAP. I hope once you receive your items you will be happy with what has been sent.

Ordered a few things for my daughters birthday and it arrived within 2 days absolutely brilliant and eyeing up more things
Product are delightful and been great on my skin (skin sensitive usually)
Really can’t recommend these products enough so refreshing and not overpowering like some lush bombs
Highly recommend the bath salts and muscle and joint rub they were my favourite
Ordered on Monday and got the order a day later. Fast and easy. Excellent quality, jumper is true to size. I will defo be ordering again.
The customer service was amazing the lady helped me choose gifts that were just perfect, products are great value for the money also. I felt like a pain with all the questions however she reassured me that i was absolutely fine and that she was there to help and pulled every bit out of the bag definitely be ordering more and would be recommending to everyone that i possibly can.
