Long time user.
I have been using Encryt.me since it’s inception years ago. It has steadily improved. Totally transparent, easy to use. Lately, I have encountered one WiFi network at a hotel that wasn’t compatible. It was slow anyway, so used the mobile network. We generally use it on our travels not at home. Last time we traveled overseas to Portugal Encrypt.me worked splendidly. Bravo.

Set and forget it
Set and forget it. You’re covered. I did have a little trouble when apple made a change in iOS, but that was quickly fixed in an update.

I still find that in some locations I…
I still find that in some locations I am unable to make a connection with the Encrypt me VPN server. My iPad keeps trying to make this connection negating making a connection without the VPN.

Good VPN
I have used Encrypt for many years and it has never let me down. It opens automatically when it is supposed to. It doesn’t slow down activity on my device and it is easy to set up and use.

Great product and service overall but the Encrypt.me iPhone app still has occasional "glitches"
I have used Encrypt.me VPN products and services for many years and been very pleased overall. On the infrequent occasions that I experienced a technical problem I received excellent (and very prompt) support from Encrypt.me support staff. The number of Encrypt.me servers around the world has grown immensely over the years and I appreciate having so many location choices.
Yesterday, while travelling, I connected to an insecure network with my iPhone. I was suspicious that my connection was not being secured by Encrypt.me and on checking the app settings I found that the "Auto-secure Connections" button was switched OFF. Not something I ever do as I always want my wifi connection to be secure. I immediately set Auto-secure back to ON. Checking my wife's iPhone right away, I found that Auto-secure was also OFF on her device. Perhaps a result of the recent update to the app? A minor issue but something for users to check regularly, especially after an app update.

It works!!! (Usually). I have one untrusted network that gives me trouble, but reloading the network settings, or sometimes the app, fixed it.
