Always great service, well packed, and completely fair in how they’re handling this crazy hype phase through their systems and not inflating their prices. 10/10 support this business!

Réponse de ENDGAME
Hi,
We responded to your email but have yet to hear back from you. We sincerely apologise for the delay, but as it’s the busy Christmas period, Royal Mail is experiencing significant volumes, and some orders are taking longer than usual to move through their system.
Once the parcel is with Royal Mail, its progress is unfortunately out of our control. However, we’ve checked the tracking information, and we can confirm that your order is now on the move.
While some delays are occurring due to the seasonal demand, many customers are receiving their orders successfully, and we’re hopeful yours will arrive soon as well. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this busy time.
Kind regards,
ENDGAME Team
