SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!!!!
I opened an account with EndDistribution after being approved using my business documents for my Amazon store. I was in communication by email with a representative named Amanda De Leon.
I placed a test order of 100 units (Unflavored Gelatin – 1 lb, ASIN: B001UOW7D8) for a total of $762. I provided my shipping address and completed the payment as instructed via email.
After the payment, I received no updates at all. I asked for a tracking number multiple times, but I got no response. Communication completely stopped after they received my money.
As of today, I have not received my order and have no information about it.
This has been a very disappointing experience. Be careful before doing business with this company.

This is without question the most dishonest and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life.
Once they take your money, customers mean absolutely nothing to them. I paid for an item that was NOT delivered to me. It was placed into a locked mailbox clearly labelled with a completely different surname, belonging to another person, to which I have no access whatsoever.
I provided clear photographic evidence proving the delivery was made to the wrong recipient. Their response? Total indifference. No refund. No replacement. No accountability. Instead, they had the audacity to claim that a parcel delivered to someone else still counts as “successful delivery”.
This is not a mistake. This is a deliberate refusal to take responsibility. Their replies were arrogant, dismissive, and openly hostile, showing a complete lack of basic customer respect or ethics. They simply keep the money and leave the customer to suffer the consequences of their failure.
This behaviour shows a complete disregard for consumer law and basic standards of business conduct.
If you value your money, your time, or your basic consumer rights, stay far away from this company. When something goes wrong, you will get no help, no solution, and no responsibility taken. You will be ignored, blamed, and left with nothing.

Unfortunately I fell for this scheme. Spent $3500 on product to be sent directly to Amazon. Amazon received the products to find that they shipped the wrong products, thus getting my account deactivated. I tried reaching out multiple times and I have not been able to get to anyone, and currently working on taking legal action. DO NOT BE LIKE ME AND FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!

We contacted EN Distribution as a potential wholesale supplier. When we asked for verification documents — such as business license, EIN, and FBA-compliant sample invoices — we were told we had to place an order and pay first.

This is a major red flag. Legitimate distributors provide verification before accepting payment. We will not be doing business with them and strongly advise other sellers to be cautious.

Buyer beware: do not send money without confirming their legitimacy first.

I was looking to place an order and I happen to live near by so I decided to drive and check there locations after reading there reviews here. This is a total scam as this company doesn't occupy the location there is completely different company provide 3PL services and the name of the company is also different. If any one needs, I have a video of the location. I saved my money and I don't want anyone to loose any money. DO NOT TRUST....SCAM.

I placed a wholesale order through a company calling itself EN Distribution (endistribution.com). They appeared professional, but after paying more than $4,000 I never received any products—only repeated template emails promising shipment “soon.” The charge later appeared under SP MUNCHYPAWS.CO.UK, which connects them to a known fraud network. Their listed warehouse address belongs to a completely unrelated business.

Avoid this company and report any contact from them to the FTC or IC3.gov.

Purchased a lot of product from them and never heard back. We’ve contacted their support— and they’ve completed ghosted us leaving us. Not responding to emails or calls.

We plan to file a police report in order to escalate this matter. We advise others to do the same in order to build a case against this “company”. EN distribution is still taking advantage of working people with already limited income.

SCAM! I have evidence. Be Aware!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! I don't know you but i know how it feels when you loose a good amount of money that you could use for so many things. Do not TRUST their fast and easy process, they don't care about your business being close.

STAY AWAY! Their product list is FAKE!

I placed an order with this company, and at first, everything seemed professional and legitimate. Communication was smooth during the purchasing process, and I had no reason to doubt them. Nathan is who was communicating with me. Or Nathan (their AI agent)

However, after I paid and the order was supposedly being processed, all communication suddenly stopped. My products were never shipped, and despite repeated attempts via phone and email, I have received no response. It's been weeks/months (adjust as needed), and I've had no updates, no refund, and no explanation. Eric is who was answering the phones at first but no longer accepts my calls.

After digging deeper, I discovered many other reviews with similar stories – people who lost money and never received their products. This is not just poor customer service — this feels like a coordinated scam.

I’ve lost thousands and am devastated. This is straight-up robbery. I believe everyone affected should consider banding together to pursue legal action or a class-action lawsuit. This company needs to be held accountable.

This company is a total scam — they took $11,000 from me and provided fake invoices that Amazon did not accept. They have no real supply chain documents, and now they ignore all emails and calls. Because of them, my Amazon account was deactivated and I lost everything.

I have reported them for fraud. Please do not buy anything from this company — they are professional scammers.

I made a purchase in August that included FNSKU labeling. I purchased the Knox Gellatin and the sent to Amazon Clorox wipes single pack that got my account suspended. When I contacted them about the issue, they never responded.

When I called the phone number on the invoice nobody answered.

Don't put your money and account at risk with this company. DON"T DO IT!!!!!!!

Fake company, it doesn't exist.
I visited the supposed location provided in the quote and found they used another company's address; their phone number is fake. Don't believe the positive reviews; they're just trying to scam people.

Don't believe the planted positive reviews. This is a SCAM! I signed up to purchase from EN Distributors. This company is a scam. Google maps shows another company at their listed address. You do not get a login to view their products, they just send you a spreadsheet and you are to order from there. I tried to unsubscribe and there is no option to do so, even though their email sends you to their site. Their sales email never responds. I called to be removed and they not only didn't take care of it, they don't sound like a professional business. They offer a high ROI item I was interested in, but after speaking to the brand directly, neither they, or their distributors are accepting new resellers. WAY too many red flags. Avoid!
