Took weeks to arrive! Was very underwhelmed when I opened the package. Very expensive for a small box. The pictures make it look bigger and better

Made a purchase a month ago ... e-mailed them several times saying I have not received my order.
In that time I have only received one e-mail reply back (10 days ago) stating they would investigate, but have yet to receive any follow up.
