Ordered a 5 piece tool set

Ordered a 5 piece tool set. Invoice said $19.00, was charged $24.98. Tracking # shows item was shipped from Italy. 3 weeks later I received one small tool from a David/LC, 3626 wolcott ave, Chicago, Il.?? have been going back and forth on e-mail. They say order is correct, but offered a 2 dollar credit. I think I just have to accept the fact I got screwed. STAY AWAY from this company, if it is one??

Plush Tou that does not work

I bought a plush toy. It is battery operated and does not work. Customer service offered me $3.00? I said no, so they offered me 15% on next purchase. I am not buying anything more. I said no. Then they offered me $6.00. I said no, want a working product or money back. Now they have gone dark. DO NOT buy from them.

Faulty wireless chargers

Bought 3 wireless, magnet phone chargers. They are not fully charging - even when plugged in fir over 24 hours. Also - they are not charging with a magnetic cover on. They charge the phone without a magnetic connection, without a cover, which defeats the purpose of the magnetic connection. Garbage - don't waste your money. They say they respond to dissatisfied customers, but there is NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE TO CONTACT THEM!

I wanted to get the translating earbuds…

I wanted to get the translating earbuds but didn't want white so when I picked black it changed the item to normal Bluetooth earbuds. Tried cancelling my order within 5 min, then emailed the second day to cancel but on day 3 they sent them. There comment was "It has been the best seller in our company for years. We believe you'll love it." absolute worst earbuds I have every gotten you can buy better ones at the dollarstore. total was $40USD and shipping costs to return the item is over $50 to return from Canada. They offered me a $2 refund. Don't buy from this scam site.

Purchased 2 Translation Wireless…

Purchased 2 Translation Wireless Bluetooth Earphones, AI translation on 6th December 2024.
Never received them until 4th January 2025.
open packet and tried to set them up for AI translation, then stated authorisation code required.
contacted Enduranet and was told sorry this item is not the translation versions, it is just earpod.

They sold false items that are not what they advertised or sold. They charge me for item plus high shipping cost. When you contact there customer service, and they realise that they have been caught out for selling and sending out duff or false products, they try to offer you less that 1/10th of the cost you paid for the item.

Do not use them as this company is noteable selling fraud and misleading clients.

If I could rate them in the minus i would. do not get caught out by this site. All fraudulent.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible, I ordered 2 dual controller gaming systems. They sent single control gaming systems. When I wrote back to get things fixed. They said that they didn't mess up. I would highly recommend not ordering anything from this company. Horrible to say the least. Would give negative rating but 1 star is the lowest

Not worth it. I should have trusted my gut!

This company is a nightmare to deal with from a customer satisfaction standpoint. I ordered the translation ear buds and it took over a month to arrive and was only sent when I contacted them to cancel. They said I had to wait to receive it. This was a ploy on their part so they could deny my return and refund. The product I received is not what was advertised. If I were an online retailer, I would rethink using this company as a supplier. They do not back their products or value their customers.

total scammers. bogus tracking saying it was delivered. Went to the post office and they said the number they gave me wasn't even for my address.

If I could give it a 0 I would. They sent me the wrong item. Then when I asked them if I can have the correct ones they told me I had the ones I ordered. I showed a picture of what I got and what I ordered and it’s clearly the wrong ones. Now they won’t reply to my messages. Don’t get anything from here. I think they are a scam.

Today is January 21th, 2025.
I've contacted the company directly and they came back saying the goods were delivered in our email box according to their track and trace and if not to ask to neighbours or friends if they have got it for us. We didn't receive anything and nobody have seen a "missing" package. I was looking for more Endurancet mails and I found out another email with the track and trace but this new link is stating that the goods are in The Netherlands and would be delivery one day (unexpected date). So we wonder which of their info is right? The response from the support team telling us it was already delivered or the second track and trace where it says someday it will arrive? They also told us to contact the courier company but in non of those track and trace emails/websites there is a courier company name stated. This is a total scam!
SCAM!!!

On November 29 2024

On November 29, 2024, I ordered the T26 translator earphones and have yet to receive anything. I've contacted the company directly and nothing. I then contacted the support email, received a shipment update on 12/28 that the product was in Rochester. I'm in TX, we don't have a Rochester here and now I can't get any information from support either. SCAM!!!

They got 1 star coz I can give any less, just wish I had of read the reviews first

Poor service & incorrect order

I am so very dissatisfied with endurancet.com.
I ordered and paid for a pair of Translation Earbuds (plus postage, which was greater than the cost of the item) and after almost a month they sent me an inferior product which did not have language translation capabilities.

Below is my complaint email to them:

Hello Customer Services,
Order Number 14780S62419

Thank you for your confirmation email with regards to the status/update of my parcel. Ordinarily I would be excited, however on this occasion this in not the case.

My name is Rods Johnson and on 23rd December 2024 (yesterday while I was at work) I received delivery of an item under the Order Number 14780S62419

According to your website the item I ordered (which was meant to be a Christmas Present for a loved one) is described as follows:
Last Day Promotion 49% OFF🔥T26 Pro Wireless Bluetooth Translation Earbuds🏅New Upgrade--Real-time Translation+Al Voice Conversation_Black. (see attached image ‘Website Advert’)

However, the item I received is not as described and is not what I paid for.
The item I received is described as True wireless stereo sound – BY01 Wireless Headphone (see attached image ‘what was received’)

Having carried out extensive research (on Christmas Eve might I add) of this product on the internet, none of the reviews or sales platforms indicate that this particular model has Real Time Language Translation capabilities (which was the sole purpose of placing my order with you).

Therefore, without a doubt, it is clear to me that I have been miss-sold this item which not only did I pay for on 30th November 2024, but I also had to pay for postage which was more than the cost of the item (see images ‘Order Confirmation 1’ & ‘Order Confirmation 2’).

I would appreciate it if you could send me the correct item (at no cost to myself) and arrange for the collection of the one that was delivered.
Alternatively, I would accept a full refund onto my payment card that I used to make the purchase (if you don't have the item as advertised on your website).

Let me make it clear from the start that I am not interested in receiving a voucher to purchase an alternative product from your website (as many online retailers seem to be doing these days) since from my experience, whatever I order will either incur another postage or I will have to spend over x-amount with you to get free postage.

The reason why I don’t want to take that risk (again) is that I don’t want to wait nearly a month for delivery plus the fact that I cannot trust that I will receive what I ordered or if there is a problem with the product, I don’t want to have to jump through hoops to have the issue resolved.

So please, in the spirit of good customer service, I would appreciate it if you could address my issue and concerns with due diligence. As a first-time customer, I find this introduction to your services quite disappointing and as you can appreciate, bad news travels fast.

I look forward to receiving an adequate and an emotionally intelligent response from your team sooner rather than later.

$2.00 compensation for an inferior product? Wasted time? Disappointment? Inconvenience? AND NO MENTION OF A REFUND? I paid $23.28 (£18.54) for this and they want to offer me $2.00???

This is ridiculous and disgusting.
I would NOT recommend this company and like I said "bad news travels fast"
