I had my credit card number stolen that I use to pay my monthly dues and power usage bill. I phoned the Energy Ogre help desk number and it took just a few minutes to put my debit card number in and pay my monthly EO bill. My power bill balance wash shown to be paid and I will change my monthly dues bill to my new credit card number when I receive it in a few days.
