I contacted this company in Nov 2025 about their cavity wall insulation which they were advertising under the NISEP scheme
Their surveyor came out and ascertained that we totally qualified for the scheme
I must say that he was Absolutely Helpful and courteous He did not envisage any problems whatsoever
We decided that we would hold off until after Christmas
I called them in January and that is where the problem started The male manager in their office was totally unhelpful and negative and kept giving reasons why they could not do it He kept quoting access problems He promised to phone me on a number of occasions but did not
When he eventually called me he was still as negative as earlier and I suggested he call to the site which he did not do
His HELPFUL SURVEYOR called on 2 more occasions and reiterated that he could see no problem in doing the job
I tried but eventually gave up
I contacted another company namely HOMESEAL who also administer the scheme and they called and done the job in a few hours no problem

I AM DISGUSTED THAT THIS MAN CAN SIT IN AN OFFICE AND DECIDE who can or cannot access a scheme that is paid for by public money

Excellent service from survey to job completion. Extraction of old sagging fibre cavity wall insulation and installation of bead insulation. Job took 2 days to complete, team doing the work were polite and considerate, methodical and extremely tidy, clearing up washing and brushing down each day. Care taken in trying to match infill of holes to existing render.
All in all i would recommend.
