Excellent products easy to set up and fun to use. I have installed few strip lights and spot lights for decorative purpose in our children's room and patio created 2 different groups for each area. We control them through Alexa....Kids love it you can control not only dimness but also different colors.

The site is easy to use , the product is good and works as required , the wireless switching make the job a lot easier. I purchased the 6 way receiver , this easy to programme and set up and works well with app. What more can i say , the product works , it does what it states on the box and makes the job a lot quicker to install

I had trouble with installing my camera, but once I contacted tech it was then fixed very quick. So a great little camera at a good price

Bought camera and couldn't get it to pair with Wi-Fi. Then realised there was no antenna. Had to wait a couple of days before it arrived. Eventually got it to pair after going on web looking for instructions as the ones that came with camera were very poor to say the least. Emailed company asking for better instructions but got no reply. I honestly think I was sent a camera that had been returned as box looked a bit dishevelled and had bits missing... not impressed.. most disappointed as I bought the door bell and had no problems at all...

Purchased a doorbell that firstly isn't as advertised as you get no chime albeit that is what is advertised in the pictures. Additionally upon install the lens cover covering the PIR fell off, this was attached with double sided sticky tape, once reattached (Loosely) it actually doesn't even fit the gap it fell off from as the lens cover is too small. The product itself doesn't work, the PIR is temperamental at best and the picture is beyond acceptable as the PIR must be playing up as everything is bright light and then buffers for a while. I am running this over 100mb broadband and I am certain my network is in good order.

You get access to a video on the their website that also isn't how the bell functions, far from it, it shows that when the bell is pressed you get what looks like a call, in fact you get a text message and are unable to change the sound so it sounds like any other text message, additionally the settings with the app are loose and don't actually do what they should, either that or the bell is complete faulty within as nothing works apart from the doorbell that when pressed it wakes up and about 1 minute later you get a text message then have to open the app to see who is at the door. I emailed Ener J on 6th May, its the 11th today and I have still to receive any communication, not even an acknowledgment of the email sent along with screen shots. In short the doorbell doesn't do what it is set out to do by any stretch. I should've know better as I had a camera off them and that failed too albeit they replaced it , it was less than 3 months old and failed. Lesson learned, if you want a product to work go to a reputable company as this is shocking to say the least.

Quick delivery, great communication and great little device. Once connected to power, I secured it under the decking and it switches on/off the lights via app and Alexa perfectly.

These outdoor relay switches are useless and the app that is supposed to run them is worse than that!
Customer service has tried to get these working but to join avail. I’d avoid these like the plague!

amazing products, worth buying.

£150 for a "Smart" LED/PIR/Security Camera that can't do it's basic job. Poor explanation that "the video feed needs a faster upload bandwidth to transmit video than your current ISP has".

No mention of this on their site or the product information pack of what the minimum upload speed is. Other similar products (Clever Dog / Ring) have absolutely no such limitations and work fine further from my router than this product is located.

Asked me to stand underneath the camera and run a speed-test to prove their point. Yet I could stand in the exact same spot and hold a HD Zoom Call, FB Messenger call or WhatsApp Vide call with no issues and crystal clear video.

Poor product with a major flaw that's not mentioned in pre-sale. I now have a £150 "dumb" PIR light that I could have spend £12 on at Toolstation for the same end result.

Light were great for garden illumination.

They seem to reply but they're not committed to returns. Couldn't logistically organise a pick up for my badly damaged item so I've sent it back myself. Just one person's bad experience so don't judge their service by my review alone.
