My experience was good overall, the teacher I interacted with was really well organised and professional. Each session was a huge leap forward in my English learning path.

However, the platform seems dated and difficult to use. For example, you can only book classes one at a time, when teachers allow several classes at once.
The app also seems buggy at times, whenever I start a new session, it interrupts me with a dialog to review the session (which has just started!).
It's also not possible to generate an invoice directly when you purchase tokens. I have to ask support for an invoice every time I make a transaction.

Actually, I learned a lot during a year of education, and I continue to do so, the method of education is very suitable for me, especially as I work and very busy.
But I am not satisfied with the way to work with technical support, they do not understand, and their style is condescending, and they take a long time to respond.

Christine is the best tutor I've ever worked with! She is always punctual, very friendly, sympathetic and listens attentively. She helps me a lot to speek freely.

Suzan is a great teacher!
Always a good inspiration for a fantastic lesson at each time.

My experience was pleasant and very fruitful. Raymond M. helped me pass the IELTS exam and I learned a lot of valuable information from him. Although we had a little misunderstanding at the end of our collaboration, I can say with certainty that he is a very talented and dedicated teacher. I tried to take English classes with other teachers on other online platforms but no one rose to his level of experience to manage the lesson in such a relaxed, friendly and warm way.
It would be a great pleasure to have the opportunity to work with Raymond M. again. Thank you!

Spencer has been my English teacher for over a year and a half now. I have always gotten along very well with him and he has a deep knowledge of the grammar of the English language. Good practical

I practised with two different 'IELTS Tutor' on this platform to prepare for IELTS Academic. The first tutor didn't warn me about not using contractions in a formal essay -which is the first thing she should have informed me about- even though we made 3 lessons on writing task 2 essays. The second tutor, yawning and picking his ear and nose during the session. Although I got in touch with EnglishScore, they didn't post my negative and completely realistic reviews of tutors. This might be a reason that why almost all tutors have lots of compliments on their profiles, as the platform doesn't post complaints. The platform and reviews on tutors' profiles are not trustable. It's really sad that British Council is one of the owners of the IELTS and this is the quality of service they provide, despite the fact that EnglishScore is more expensive then similar platforms. They gave me a refund in the end.
