poor delivery
When things are time critical and you pay for next day delivery and it arrives several days later then you would expect some follow up and resolution???
Thank you for your reply there were several emails to your company trying to pin down when and if the delivery was going to arrive, so the problem was highlighted after the first failed delivery and the subsequent ones.

On the rare occasion a customer upgrades to next day delivery and this doesn't arrive on time we will always either refund the additional shipping or offer to refund the item in full, if the item is no longer needed. You would need to inform us if this is the case otherwise we wouldn't be aware of the situation. Please accept my apologies.

So there was a glitch in the system that meant for some reason the inscription that I had requested never got added to my actual order. No one’s fault just one of those glitches that happens! I received the product first time around, without an engraving. I was disappointed as it was a wedding present for that coming weekend, so I called them to see what could be done. Jody was so lovely and understanding, she jumped straight onto this for me to ensure that I received what I wanted in time for the wedding in two days time. Jody and the engraver did a wonderful job for me. I received the gift first thing on Saturday morning, meaning I could give this very cool gift on the day and not have to make excuses. Thank you so much. The personal touch here and the understanding of urgency was truly appreciated. They are a 5 star team at Engrave It Online. I can also say that my friend absolutely loved their wedding gift. 💝 Thank you. 🤩
