I required a unique and personalised gift for my sister and after racking my brains and searching the high street and internet, I spotted this tobacco tin that could be engraved. I immediately ordered it with the required wording and after only ticking the standard delivery box, I received it the very next day. What a fantastic, ideal and perfect gift! I was "over the moon" with it and so was my sister. Beautiful engraving which made it all the more special and unique. I left it late to order a silver plate trinket box for the blessing/christening of my great-niece -was getting 7 day or longer lead times from most places. Found these people and they turned it around in 3 days from placing my order. Arrived a day before the celebration.
Easy to order online,the item was very good quality and a really good price. The engraving on the top of the trinket box was very stylish and looks great.

The order was despatched and received very quickly - within a couple of days. Unfortunately, the glass trophy ordered did arrive broken. However, I called the company and they immediately apologised and arranged a replacement trophy, which was despatched the next day. Their customer service was excellent and very responsive. They requested some photos of the packaging and the broken item, in order that they could investigate and ensure that any improvement required could be made. Despite, our initial disappointment, I would highly recommend this organisation as their products are good quality, well priced and customer service was excellent.
