My trainer is very lovely,teaches in an understandable way,breaks information down and ensures everyone learns. He's friendly too.

Trainer is very good, learnt a lot and can be recommended for good training.
Jack is a good trainer, he explains in detail and lets us practice many times to be confident in the techniques.I would recommend him for any level of training either entry or continuous learning

Great trainer
Great trainer — very knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the medication and CPR training. He explained everything clearly and made the session engaging and easy to understand. I left feeling much more confident. Highly recommend.
