Superb Service, Caring Attitude
Really great company, the service is second to none. They really look after you and are there to support you through everything. They are super responsive with loads of avenues for communication be it support groups, emails facetime, etc. I wouldn't use anyone else now.

Great company easy to deal with
Was with another company for a few months but became quite expensive. The offer that envigore gave was really good. It’s all quite regulated and I ended up having multiple consultations relating to other health concerns they had for me. Was easier once past first part

They don’t listen.
I told the clinician that I was going away from early Friday morning to late Sunday night and asked for the mounjaro to be posted to me to arrive on the Monday. It arrived on the Saturday whilst I was away so the ice coolers had already melted when I arrived home late Sunday night. I’ve emailed them twice to ask if it can still be used, yesterday before 7am and also today, still no reply from the company.

I wanted to reach out and follow up regarding your experience, just to clarify the steps we’ve taken so far and ensure you feel fully supported moving forward.
We can confirm that your payment was made on the 25th of June, and your required images were uploaded on Saturday the 29th. Our team received your email on Sunday the 30th, and you were responded to on Monday, the 1st of July, during our working hours (9am–5pm), as we do with all weekend queries. That reply included the next step: booking your initial video consultation with our nursing team, which is an essential step before we can safely issue a prescription (this step is done on your initial order, and not on your following orders).
We understand your eagerness to begin, but it’s important for us to follow proper procedures to ensure patient safety and meet medical guidelines. We also noted that the consultation was booked on the 3rd of July for an appointment scheduled on the 9th at 12:00pm. Once this call is completed, your prescription will be processed by our prescriber and can be dispatched the same day, with expected delivery on Wednesday the 10th.
We’re confident everything is proceeding correctly, based on the timings and choices made within the process. If you do have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us anytime, whether by email on enquiries@envigore.com, or by phone on 0131 322 3750. I’d like to start with a big thank you to the Envigore team. I’m grateful for and very happy with the service offered - from the assessment, to review, ad-hoc queries and the on-going lovely input from the Facebook community support team. Everyone that I have spoken with has been warm, thorough, offered more than I anticipated or even knew that I might want to know or benefit from. All information received has been helpful and thought provoking. It’s clear the team have knowledge and enthusiasm for their area’s of expertise and my experience with Envigore has been different to some communications with other GLP-1 subscriber / providers, where it is obvious that making sales is the company’s primary purpose. Envigore clearly have a team with clinical understanding and a desire to support a positive, safe and holistic experience of weight loss treatment and the benefits of improved health and well-being.
