Good communication on Booking, prices reasonable, Stuart was friendly and gave good information on looking after my wool carpets and on the caroet protection they use after cleaning. This is extra but think if is worth it. Carpets cleaned to a good standard and dried fully in just over 24 hours. Recommend this service

Whilst we always aim to achieve the best possible results, some stains can unfortunately cause permanent colour damage or staining to the carpet fibres. In these cases, the stain itself may be removed, but any damage to the dye within the carpet can remain visible.
Our technicians will always use the most appropriate cleaning methods and stain removal treatments available and will do everything possible to achieve the best outcome. However, not all stains can be completely removed if they have permanently affected the carpet fibres.

I found it very expensive for what was actually done. My leather couches look the same to me and to my husband. Quite disappointed in the outcome. Lovely staff and service though.

Adam made the dirtiest carpet reform to its original colour again! Even got out pet urine and fake tan. Adam was also friendly, efficient and managed my expectations. Which, he surpassed. 5 stars

I highly recommend Gabor and his partner who came to our old rental property, a 4.500 square foot old farmhouse to clean the carpets . They were helpful, friendly, punctual and not rushed. They cleaned all of the extensive carpeting without any fuss or bother. This involved cleaning 20 years of using these carpets which had unfortunately left all sorts of human and animal stains. There was not a single stain or mark left anywhere and the cleaning materials left a lovely natural smell. When the landlord visited the property he said "the carpets look new, like when I bought them 20 years ago,"

Pete was fantastic
Pete arrived on time, was very professional and friendly, and did an amazing job removing stains and refreshing the carpets. Areas that I thought were permanently marked now look almost brand new.
The whole process was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. He also took the time to explain the cleaning process and made sure everything was done to a high standard before leaving. My home smells fresh, and the carpets feel much cleaner and softer.
I would definitely recommend pete at and company to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality carpet cleaning services.
