Outstanding service. Outstanding cleaning, outstanding attention to detail, outstanding Knowledge and outstanding care when completing the work. Always ensuring we were happy with everything he was doing. I have never seen an operative work so hard throughout the day ensuring we were updated throughout. Mr Ben Johnston was the person who worked at our property. He treated our house like it was his own home. I can honestly say I will only ever contact this individual for any future cleaning required at my home. Value for money personified. Nice to know that there are genuine, professional and caring individuals such as Ben do exist, only having the customer interests at the heart of the service he provides.Nothing was ever to much trouble for Ben, working on all carpets, mattresses, chairs, headboards. He evens cleaned all our rugs to an incredible standard. I can honestly say his work is truly amazing.

Darren turned up exactly as planned and…
Darren turned up exactly as planned and was very friendly and professional throughout the entire clean of our two sofas. Sofas were 22 years old and as such had a fair degree of colour on them, of which Darren tried various different stain products on and achieved a very good clean. Our sofas look the best now they have done for years. all in all a very, very good service and very happy to use again if I needed to.

Exceptional service and final finish
Good clear communication from the
start. This included the booking, confirmation and a call a couple of days before.
Tim from Enviro Clean Nottingham, arrived on time, was very pleasant and respectful of our property. He explained exactly what he would be doing and then got stuck in. He has done an exceptional job on all our house carpets (3 bedrooms, stairs and landing) and 2 x sofas.
I highly recommended him and rate him 5/5.

A very professional team at "Enviro Clean". Very reasonable prices too. Their carpet cleaner Tim Hodgson gave really good advice on the types of fabric that both my carpets were made of and the drying times .
Tim is based at Ruddington - and I would highly recommend his services.

Our carpets and suite look like new

I had Peter come and clean my lounge
I had Peter come and clean my lounge, 1 bedroom, landing, stairs and a very grubby hallway inside the front door when he had finished the carpets looked brand new again, even the hallway which I thought would never clean up as well as it did. Peter was very friendly and is an absolute credit to the company. I would recommend him 100% and give him a 5 ***** rating, pleasure to do business.
