These pricks went through my Rookie mistake as I went Public on an awesome AI OS and stole information about my Admin and more things that Weren't supposed to be seen but I got some bad advice from ChatGPT who told me I was ready for my IntelliGenius AI OS to be Published, but I finally saw the problem & took it offline! I've corrected whatever they Think they can use of my system & am using AI to watch out for Clear Programming/Coding features that can only belong to ME as I think or hope they didn't see what I can bust them with, which is a Lawsuit they might've earned if my shit is used!! Sneaky bastards!

Been a part of the recruitment process

Been a part of the recruitment process. All starts well until you are in their system and done some trial work. No word afterwards. Just ghosting. It should say something about the integrity and profesionalism of the bussiness when they ghost their potential candidates after being so attentive and vigilant during the process.
Aother thing to comment regarding the inteview is that the recruiter disregarded my degree and that should have been my red flag.

Deeply Discriminatory Hiring Process – Talent and Professionalism Ignored

As a highly qualified professional with years of experience in Tech. I applied to EPAM Systems expecting a fair, merit-based recruitment process. Instead, I encountered one of the most dehumanizing and discriminatory experiences of my career.

From the outset, the process, which included 5 one hour long interviews, prioritized arbitrary criteria over competence. Despite my preparation, organization, and demonstrable expertise, I was subjected to biased interview questions and communication. It became clear that EPAM’s hiring practices are rooted in systemic bias, favoring candidates based on race and nationality rather than skill or professionalism.

The mental toll was appalling. What should have been a standard evaluation felt like a targeted dismissal of my qualifications. I left feeling stripped of dignity, questioning whether my identity—not my talent—was the real disqualifier.

Talented Colleagues, But Agreements Aren't Honored

The company has talented individuals, and I appreciated the opportunity to work with experienced team members on some interesting projects. Resources for skill development were provided while I was an employee, and there were some benefits around professional certifications.

Despite the talented team and interesting projects, my experience was marred by inconsistencies in honoring agreements. After my departure, I discovered that an AWS exam voucher I was promised had been reassigned without prior notice, despite my intention to use it within its validity period. This unexpected change was disappointing.

Hard work and little salary

Hard work and little salary.
According to my experience, EPAM is the good company to start in IT. They has their own courses and "grow" new employees from zero to intern level. Best interns are able to get a job offer. But after few years you can't improve your finances. Because the salary is lower then in other companies. So you could start here, but when you became a specialist you have to change the company to earn money. This politics a little strange.

We are a medical start up and whilst many things we develop in house, we needed wider team expertise for our larger project. Working with Epam has helped to move our company to new level. As their expertise in design, project management and programming is truly exceptional. Their team combines innovative design concepts with top-notch programming skills to deliver outstanding results. The attention to detail and the creativity they bring to every project is commendable. EPam's professionalism and technical proficiency make them a standout choice. They also have been amazing to help us to identify what we did not know that we don’t know, which is a huge challenge for any start up. I look forward working with them more. I definitely recommend Sergei, Jaroslav and Andrei. Highly recommend their services!

FAKE SPAM Job Openings

This company posts 10+ adverts for the same opening which if you apply you NEVER hear back from them. I don't believe any of the jobs exist but even if they do there will be one job and not 10-20 that they continue to post that clogs everyones LinkedIn feed up.

I have reported to LinkedIn but they aren't doing anything about it.

A bad career path

I applied for a UX lead/manager position. I was contacted by someone who showed great interest in my profile. They wanted to do a phone meeting, which sounded strange from the beginning, to which I requested to do it by web. During the web meeting, the more we talked and the more interest they showed in my profile. They said I was the perfect candidate. We agreed that they would send me the rate they would pay by mail, to make a tentative offer. They sent me a rate that I accepted immediately. I didn't hear anything else from Epam for 5 days. On the fifth day, they contacted me by email to inform me that they had hired someone else for the position. They then offered me a role as a data entry (UX writer), which I found disrespectful. I declined their offer and expressed my confusion about their sudden interest, generous offer, and subsequent disappearance while informing me that they had hired someone else. They said they were not offering me a job, but just informing me about the rate (which is not true, not what we discussed). They mentioned that the position has been open for a long time and that another candidate recently passed the "final stage". This raises concerns about transparency, as I wonder why they would interview me if they already had a candidate at the final stage. To avoid confrontation, I did not continue answering that email, as it lacked logic, common sense and professionalism.
A week later, I see that they are posting the same position again. I asked them why they did all this. They said I was the best candidate, offered me money, and then said they gave the position to someone else and offered me a lower position to 5 days later reopen the same job posting. They never replied.
It is clear that they are building databases, and/or filling mediocre applications (to which no one applies), contacting renowned professionals and offering the leftovers. It's a disgrace what they do, and they probably deserve what they have for their current team.

EPAM è un'azienda FANTASTICA.

EPAM è un'azienda FANTASTICA.
Sono in EPAM da un annetto, nel progetto Anywhere (che mi permette di lavorare da dove voglio).
Attualmente seguo un progetto based in USA.
E' veramente unazienda top nell'ambito IT.
Fantastica.
