Epic Cellars is one of The BEST companies I have ever done business with. They are all amazing! Krista, Amy and Debbie were super helpful, friendly and their communication is above and beyond. I think many other companies could learn lots from them regarding stellar customer service, follow through, honesty and timeliness. I think they are as close to perfect as you can get and I wish them all the best in the future. I will be sure to recommend them to everyone I can without hesitation!!

Initially I was skeptical of sending off my prized bottles of bourbon (hoping that it was legit). However, after some research and communication with a representative, I felt comfortable going through with it and I was extremely satisfied with the process. They were very open in communicating with me and didn't waste any time in getting me a fair offer for my bottles. As soon as they received my shipment, I was notified of receiving my payment within minutes. I would definitely recommend using this company to offload my collection.

I dealt with another company a few years ago that was a competitor based out of California and should be rated a zero. There is only one place to come to sell high-end, well stored collectable wine-and it is Epic Cellars.

From the estimate I was given after sending my images and a 24 hour turnaround, to the packaging sent sent to me within a few days, till the incredible fast review of items sent and then immediate payment - the entire process was perfection.

I was shocked and thrilled that the very last step was about the wire transfer and was emailed instructions and I followed up with a call to find that this was the owner! Really incredible and wonderful to speak to and I let her know that all of her team were amazing and how proud she should be.

If you need the quickest, most painless transaction possible for a fine bottle or 10, Epic Cellars has you covered. They take care of everything for you.

Auction sites do NOT.

Auctions may get a better hammer price, but there are many hidden costs that may quickly erode any additional payout they might get you. First and foremost, you're on your own to get your bottles to the auction facility to be inspected. Shipping alcohol is a bit of a problem if you aren't a licensed distributor. So, expect to pay some thing in the neighborhood of $80/bottle with insurance and special hazmat sticker included.

Then consider that you have to front that money and you may not see the money from the auction for up to 2 months, and suddenly that Epic Cellars offer doesn't seem so unreasonable anymore, does it?

Epic cellars handles everything door-to-door with fantastic customer service holding your hand the whole time. Best of all, they pay within *minutes* of receiving your bottle, which demands the question of why the other guys take weeks to pay.
