Beautiful 2 carat ring.

I bought the 3 carat Oval Moissanite with hidden halo as a travel ring (to keep my diamond safely at home), and I’d have to say, it is quite a beautiful piece! I was looking at several sites to where to buy from, as I had bought a stacked set that I wanted to use with my original wedding bands (white gold, eternity ring with princess cut diamonds), but when it got to me, you can tell the silver from the white gold and they did not look good together, so was very disappointed with my purchase. When I read what gold vermeil was and that it closely resembles white gold, I had to go with Epi Jewelry and I’m so happy I did! It matches nicely with my wedding bands, as if they came together! The moissanite does shine nicely, but maybe one thing I would change is the size of the stone. I may have gone with a slightly smaller stone (maybe 2/2.5 Carat) as 3 is quite large and may appear more like fashion jewelry. Happy with my purchase price point that I got 2 moissanite rings - my other a yellow gold band with round solitaire- when I want to switch out my metals based on what I’m wearing! Would buy from Epi again!

Beautiful ring! I got the 3 Carat Emerald Cut Moissanite Solitaire Ring and it is so gorgeous!! Definitely worth the money and it’s really good quality!

⭐ Review — Terrible Quality, Refund Denied, and Zero Accountability

I received my engagement ring in April, and the quality has been shockingly bad. The band has already cracked, and the gold color didn’t fade or tarnish — it literally disappeared in several areas. That should NEVER happen to a ring that’s only a few months old.

When I contacted the company, instead of standing behind their product, they asked me to return the ring for a replacement. My ring has an engraving, so simply swapping it out doesn’t fix the real problem: the quality of the ring itself is defective. A replacement doesn’t guarantee this won’t happen again, and it also means losing the engraved ring that holds sentimental value.

I asked for my money back because the product was clearly not made to last, and they denied my request. The combination of poor craftsmanship and unhelpful customer service is extremely disappointing.

I would strongly warn anyone considering this company: if something goes wrong, don’t expect them to take true responsibility. I regret this purchase and the stress it has caused.
