ePilot Web Design Avis

I’m so happy with the digital flyer Louisa designed for my business! She did an amazing job and brought my vision to life perfectly. The flyer looks professional, beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Louisa was lovely to work with, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result.
I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented designer. Thank You so much Louisa! 🤍

Louisa responded to my initial email super fast. Right from the off she understood what we needed and was able to not just take our direction and execute it but to also share advice and tips on what to do and not to do. A whatsapp group made responses really effective and a good place to pose further questions. A pleasure to work with Louisa is quick and responsive and talented at what she does. We had a strong sense of the design we needed. I know this is not the case for everyone but I can assure you Louisa has the design skills to help those who aren't so sure. I would highly recommend epilot for whatever level of web build and design you need.

Absolutely love my website created by EPilot! Louisa really understood my vision and brought it to life beautifully. She was professional, patient, creative, and so easy to work with throughout the whole process. The website looks clean, modern, and perfectly reflects my brand.

Her process is very easy and straightforward too so this made the handover process easier .

I contacted a handful of website designers and Louisa was the only one who replied promptly and with a really clear, well‑structured email explaining exactly what my site would need. This was my first website for my business, so that guidance was invaluable.

She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, including transferring domains and helping me sort out various ad hoc email issues. I’m quite particular and some of the tweaks I asked for were very small and probably sounded trivial, but Louisa made sure every single change I requested was implemented without any fuss.

She also designed my email signature, which I’m really happy with and which ties everything together nicely. Overall, I feel like she just “got it” – she was easy to work with, communicated clearly and made the whole process feel straightforward. I’m very pleased with the final website and would definitely recommend Louisa.

From start to finish Louisa was a joy to work with. Her communication and planning were super clear and she produced all aspects of our website on time and in line with the budget agreed. More than anything she understood our brand and business, and created a website that was better than we could have imagined. The quality, detail and creativity are super strong. Louisa was excellent with her attention to detail and quick to respond to amendments proposed, whilst challenging us if she disagreed with our proposed direction and where it was not in line with our brief. Overall, I couldn't give higher praise to Louisa. I would thoroughly recommend her work to any business looking to create a professional, best in class website. Thanks Crispin

Louisa was absolutely brilliant to work with from start to finish. She built our new fancy dress website and we couldn’t be happier with the
result.

She set up the full online shop for us, designed the layouts, faq's and made sure each page was easy to navigate and looked fantastic.

The whole process felt really smooth and stress-free, and Louisa was always quick to answer any questions we had.

We now have a professional, user-friendly site that shows off our fancy dress accessories perfectly and makes it so easy for customers to browse and buy.

I’d definitely recommend Louisa to anyone looking

I was so impressed with Louisa's work ethic and personalised service that I didnt hesitate to choose her to work with. From then, Louisa kept in touch with me daily to collect the information she needed to create my website. Louisa captured the vision for my brand exceptionally well.
