Goods supplied wayyyy smaller than advertised requested refund and all you get is do you want to keep for a discount said no i want a refund and no more replies... total scam company beware...

Complete scam, very poor fake jumpers!! No response to any emails. I reported this transaction to my bank, got full refund and use the jumpers to sit around the house in 👍 Obviously being foreign companies nothing can be done under English law to stop them!!

The tops received were fake and very poor quality, I have emailed the company numerous times requesting details to return the items and obtain a refund. They have ignored my emails and have now blocked my email so I am now no longer able to contact them. Do not but from this comany,

This company is a scam.
Product photographs of branded knitted QTr Zip Ralph Lauren .
Took 5 weeks to arrive.
The product was not as marketed and very inferior quality with afake Ralp Lauren 'horse' logo.
As the '3 jumper offer' is nothing like advertised, the company should be blocked from receiving credit card orders .
They had offered to emailwith a returns process BUT nothing. And do not reply to my emails, which prevents me sending the fake items back and gaining a refund.

I bought some men’s jumpers from eredon , awful quitlity and I want to return them for a refund , never had a response from them …. NOT HAPPY

I didn't want to give this company even 1 star but obviously had to to write a review. What an absolutely joke and waste of £40. I feel quite angered by this company which are obviously a bunch of scammers. I even checked reviews before I purchased the "fake" RL jumper and they were all good! However after it arriving late, taking a month not the promised 7-10 days therefore arriving too late for Christmas so no good anyway, and there's absolutely no way I'd give it as a gift! It's thin, cheap looking, no labels and a plastic stick on RL badge.... everything everyone else is saying about this company. I can't even access the site now to enquire about a refund!! I'm just as much angry at myself for not doing more due diligence. I should have known there's no way a genuine RL jumper would be £40 and I also know I'm not going to see my money again. This company needs reporting.

100% fake,my own fault as you can't get designer brands that cheap, I ordered a 2xl and it's really just size large. Don't order from this company.

Do not use this site as the product is of exceptional POOR quality does not appear to be genuine. I have asked foe a refund but of course no success.

Im waiting on a return label but no response please do not under any circumstances buy from this company the items are shabby and cheap now i cannot get a refund

SCAM....fake goods,advertised as Ralph Lauren jacket,arrived weeks later very poor fake jacket,messaged Eredon the only way you can get in touch with them and they came back days later saying I had 7 days to return but wouldn't give me a return address...so contacted my credit card company and got a charge back..maybe a coincidence but since then my credit card has been compromised with a transaction of £508 in America and that's where the transaction for Eredon was on my statement..so ive had to cancel my credit card...stay clear

I am only giving this company one star as there was no option to record zero - this company is not even worthy of a star. They have £71.99 of my money and refuse to engage in communication to allow me to return the products purchased for a refund - appalling company avoid at all costs.

Jumper poor quality nothing like as advertised, no tags, no labels, obviously fake goods, how are they allowed to get away with selling this rubbish. Don't think I'll send it back, probably never see a refund. Stay away from this company.

The clothes are actually well made however, the sizes are not correct . I have been waiting for a refund however it is proving to be a challenge to even get a response.
I have just tried to get on their website and it is no longer available. I am owed £145 .
I'm not only dissatisfied I am disappointed that people take advantage online .

It's a scams. Its Chinese size 😅🤣 and they charge you & they will never reply back to you about money...Stay way from them. They do have different websites . I did email them but time to pay back .
