The company is brilliant for an emergency, unlike my insurance company !! The only thing was it’s very expensive, I’m very grateful that my job was completed within 3 days but considering I had only had my bathroom fitted in April the quality of products today are rubbish

Absolutely useless company if you try…
Absolutely useless company if you try to get your money back.
When I booked a wasp removal service I explained exactly where the nest was and no comment was made about the difficult location or that the charge would be made even if no work was carried out.
When the technician arrived he said due to the location he could not remove it and left.
Since then I have been trying to get a refund but have just met with blank refusals.
Be very wary if you use this company.

Wasp nest
I contacted ERG at about 0930; the expert arrived to deal with the wasps at about 1230. Very courteous and efficient. The wasps won't be recommending his services, that's for sure, but I will. Thank you for the prompt and effective service.

Expensive and late.
Seems very expensive for a 15 minute call to destroy a wasp nest. Arrived at least an hour later than the already postponed arrival time. No recurrence of wasp problem though.

In our opinion ERG are an absolute scam company. They avoid paying their subcontractors who carry out professional work.
Anyone that has given this odious company a 5* review is giving the review to a qualified professional who carried out the work on behalf of ERG and has no doubt not been paid.
Avoid at all costs.

Get a local company
Made the mistake of assuming company was local from the local phone number. Wasn't.
Quoted fee £135 for wasp nest treatment which seemed pricy but said they'd come the same day.
Didn't. When I managed to contact the day after told the job was booked in 'next Wednesday'. Cancelled and found local contractor at half the price.

NO NEED TO LET THE BED-BUGS BITE
The instructions given in advance were helpful in preparation for the work. The engineer was courteous and helpful and listened to concerns patiently. He explained what he would be doing within health and safety regulations. The cleaning of the infestation was thorough and with little disruption.
