The products are high quality. The problem is customer service and replacement parts. For example the a wheel for a metro plus deluxe is no longer available (3 yr old model) This is totally unsus... Voir plus

Products are good, however I would recommend not ordering from Ergobaby directly Delivery took 10 days, and then when we wanted to return our item Ergobaby did not reply to our multiple emails... Voir plus

Reassuring from the website that the foot muff would fit the Ergobaby Metro as it was a gift and was delivered in days, well packed. It is nicely made with thought for possible dirty shoes and water... Voir plus

Unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars!! I bought a baby carrier on 5th December, have been trying to contact them with no success and there are no updates when or if my order will ever be delivered. I have a baby about to arrive on the next weeks and is really frustrating, they said it would be delivered in 7 days, 15 days have passed now and they just sent me an automated reply saying they will go now on Christmas/ holiday leave. That’s really unacceptable. I hope they delivery my item and many other item pending a as we can see in the trustpilot reviews. I would honestly avoid at all costs buying with them
I placed an order for a carrier on the 3rd of December. It’s now the 19th of December and not only has it not arrived, I have not received any notification of shipping or any updates. I have tried calling multiple times over the past week, sent multiple emails and received no responses. Now today they have closed for Christmas so I guess I’ll have to keep trying in the new year. I ordered well before their 19 Dec closure, on 3 Dec. I needed this carrier for our Christmas holiday, leaving tomorrow. Now I’m left stuck. I think I’m going to have to dispute the transaction with my bank. Is this company a scam? What else can I do..
Similar to other reviews, I still haven't received my item after 3 and a half weeks despite saying it would take up to 7 days. I emailed last week to ask for an update (no tracking information provided in confirmation email) and I still have not received a response. If the company are having serious delays with their orders they should at least send out an email to all customers waiting on an order to apologise and provide an update. I have heard good things about these carriers but they are not cheap and the customer service is unacceptable. I have no clue if/when I will receive my order.
Firstly I ordred the natural linen omni dream. They then jst subsituted this for black cotton and nylon fabric which I did not want. The package never arrived. I sent multiple mails which I still havnet gotten a response to 4 weeks later. Customer service deos not exist I called every day and never ansered once.
Awful customer service, been waiting nearly 4wks for my items, only comms from Ergobaby have been when I’ve contacted customer services, not at all proactive. Really disappointing.

I have emailed them numerous times as I still haven’t received the parcel that I ordered in November and now no one is replying to my emails…
Do not order from them I wish I didn’t!
After 3 weeks, I haven’t received yet (even if they promote that the carrier will be delivered in a maximum of 7 days).
I tried to contact the customer care team by phone, and the line is not working. I got a very delayed response by email confirming that the parcel has not even been sent.
Given that I don’t need the carrier anymore (I needed it before my holiday), I tried to cancel it but the ErgoBaby team didn’t allow me either. Now I need to wait until I receive the item and try to return it then. So wish me luck!
Unfortunately I still haven’t received it yet but I keep getting asked to do a review so here you go.

An absolute disaster!
It took over 3 weeks to ship my order - customer service were extremely slow on email and your phones are not connected so I was unable to get hold of anyone.

Terrible service. Don't order from them. They lie about shipping dates. It's been nearly a month and I've not received my order. I needed it for a trip abroad and I had to buy a sling from a different seller so I had one in time. I asked them to cancel my order and they ignored my request and shipped the item to an address I won't be at. Now I've no idea if or when I'll get a refund. Customer services take ages to respond to emails and in some cases just do not respond. I'd avoid buying from Ergobaby directly and go through a third party supplier.
Ordered a high chair two weeks ago and have heard nothing since. No response from customer service despite trying to contact them several times! Over £200 spent on this. Disgusting service! Will be cancelling the order via my bank.
