One castor on my lovely Ergohuman chair had worn out. Replaced all five at a reasonable cost. The service was fast, efficient, helpful and friendly.

I have had an Ergo Human chair for about 7 years. It is the best office chair I have used.

A couple of weeks ago the back mechanism had an issue. I spoke to the company and they offered to fix - the cost of which wasvery reasonable. However i decided to fix myself. They sent the replacement bit immediately and a couple of videos. These were easy to follow and when i took the chair apart I was very impressed with the quality of the internal parts. It is solid, and beautifully crafted and to repair? Simple.

This is a superb chair and i believe will give many more years of use.

After aquiring a chair from a third party, I brought a headrest for it from ergohuman. It arrived quickly and without issue.

However, I later had some issues with the chair due to its age and required some advice and a missing bolt. I contacted ergohuman on the offchance they could help, knowing that it certainly wasnt their responsiblity to do so.
They were unbelievably helpful (Especially Caroline in customer services) and took the time to send me maintenance videos and the missing bolt. This was above and beyond my expectations, especially as I had not purcased the original product from them directly. An exception to modern customer service.
I will not hesitate to use this company again or reccomend them to anyone else. 5 stars for sure.

perfect Chair

They say you get what you pay for and nothing could be more true of Ergohuman. I bought the chair three years ago and have found the build to be incredibly high quality. Nothing will last forever however the few issues i've had have been quickly and efficently dealt with by the support team there. The service is some of the best i have ever had.

Bought a ~£500 chair from Ergohuman, knowing very well that the product is excellent -- we use them at work.
I wasn't disappointed. The body of the chair is made of thick solid metal and is definitely built to last, which is quite important at that price, and the comfort is top notch.

What pleasently surprised me is the quality of their service. The sales team answered all of my emails within 30 minutes, and kept me updated about my delivery.

Overall extremely happy with my purchase. Highly recommanded.

A very good price compared to other suppliers. Before buying I had some questions which were all answered by the friendly person at the sales contact number. The chair (Ergohuman Plus) was delivered on the date I requested (two days after ordering). DPD delivered in the time slot they had texted in the morning and the chair was easily assembled in less than 15 minutes. It's excellent quality, comfortable and I'm very happy with it.

I have back problems and spend a lot of time sitting and working at my PC. After getting through 6 new chairs in 10 years I decided to look for something better and found it. My chair arrived on time, great info on delivery (2 hour window) and only took me 15 mins to put together without looking at the instructions. The chair is very well made, very comfortable (I use it for about 16 hours a day, every day). I waited 12 weeks to write this review to see how it worked out. I am so happy I have recommend the chair to family and friends, 2 of them have bought one, both are very happy. A BIG Thanks to ergohuman for making awesome chairs!

I have just retired and have a bad back. My existing work staion chair was past its sell by date. After researching the internet I chose the Ergohuman Plus. Even the my companys offices chairs and there have been many do not compare to the comfort and support of this new chair. It is costly but there is truth in the saying you get what you pay for. The chair has a choice of adjustments to suit the individual person. The purchase process and delivery were excellent. The erection process was simple both hardcopy and electronic instructions esy to understand

While I found it difficult to compare many of the ergonomic office chairs on offer, the decision was made for me as I needed a leg rest while recuperating from surgery on my leg and this was the only one I found that met that criteria.
Yes it was expensive but that is reflected in the quality; a good solid, exceptionally comfortable chair with a wealth of adjustments. I am very happy with it.
Easy to assemble even though I did not find the instructions (attached to the underside of the seat) until I had nearly finished.
Rapid delivery topped off an excellent deal.
