Very comfortable chair. Easy to prepare for use. Only downside that after order placement there has been no additional information about order status change. Lastly got message from delivery company that package is arriving.

Pati kėdė labai patogi ir lengvai paruošiama naudojimui. Tačiau pateikus užsakymą nebuvo jokių papildomų pranešimų -ar siunta ruošiama ar kad yra paruošta. Pasiteiravus elektroniniu paštu taip pat jokio atsakymo nebuvo. Galiausiai gavau pranešimą iš DPD, kad bus pristatoma siunta

Kėdė iš ėsmės patogi, reguliuojama. Surinkau gan greitai - išsami instrukcija ir video labai padeda. Labiausiai maloniai nustebino labai greitas prsitatymas - užsakiau trečiadienį, ketvirtadienį popiet jau atvėžė kurjeris. Iš trukumų galiu paminėti nugaros atlošo reguliavimo mechanizmą (terkšlinis mechanizmas nelabai tikslus, bet svarbiausiai, kad laiko) ir galvos atlošo tvirtinimą (reikėjo įdėti po papildomą poveržlę, be jų neėjo patikimai prisukti galvos atlošo laikiklį). Bendrai paėmus, pirkiniu esu patenkintas.

Kollege hat mich drauf gebracht. Erstmal skeptisch, aber der Stuhl ist echt okay. Hätte nicht gedacht dass sowas so viel ausmacht.

Great service fast delivery, good quality, although one of 3 armrest bolts did not screwed in completely

Received a chair that was faulty, couldn't be assembled fully. Poor communication from ergonix meant it took almost 2 weeks to get a response to replace the faulty part and by that time I decided to go with another brand. Still can't return, they're incapable of arranging a courier for collection. Don't recommend it.

EDIT: After this review I got a call from the company.I've been refunded in full and courier pickup was rearranged. In the end I'm happy with the outcome but you have to improve your customer support response rates and attention to detail. 4 starts because I was unable to test the product.

Užsakant kėdę pristatymo laikas buvo nurodytas iki 5d.d.. Užsakius gavau laišką kad gausių užsakyta prekę tik po 6 savaičių. Atšaukus užsakymą pinigų grąžinimas tik po 10~ įvyko nors nurodo savo puslapyje kad per 4~ grąžina. Savo www puslapyje nurodo kad kėdžių turi vietoje iki šios dienos bet pristatymo laiką jau pakeitė iki 4sav.

Pirksiu dar vieną tokią kėdę. Patogumas - super.

I bought a chair from them and I really like it.

It came on time, was easy to put together and feels very comfortable to sit on. Finally stopped getting backaches so it’s amazing for working at my desk all day.

Amazing chairs — so comfy I didn’t even notice I’d been sitting there for 8 hours haha!

I work from home full time, so a good chair isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity. I’ve tried cheaper options before, but nothing comes close to the Ergonix chair.

You can really tell it was made with ergonomics in mind. After just a few days, my lower back pain started disappearing. Everything is adjustable — the armrests, lumbar support, even the headrest — and it actually feels solid, not like something that’ll break in six months.

What surprised me most was how comfortable it is for long hours. I spend 8–10 hours at my desk some days, and I don’t get that usual stiffness or urge to lie down. I also appreciate the clean, premium design. It looks way more expensive than it actually is.

Only small thing: the instructions could’ve had a bit more detail, but assembly still took maybe 20 minutes tops.

If you’re thinking about getting one — do it. Worth every euro. Easily one of the best investments I’ve made for my workspace.

I found them by accident and was very happy with the service. The guys have the knowledge about the ergonomics and their products, the prices are good and the delivery was very fast.
