Have been using it for 3 weeks now. My sitting posture greatly improved. I takes time to get used to the chair, but I feel that every day my experience gets better and better.

Its been more than a month using this chair in my office. Love it. My back feels better and I can work my long hours without thinking about it. Recommend

I received the chair in its original packaging.
I unpacked it and put it together. I spent a good half-hour on it, but didn’t get anywhere—I couldn’t fully screw the bolt into the threaded holes in the backrest—a manufacturing defect. Evening, tired, irritated, and unhappy... a bad day. I complained to the supplier that there were issues with the product.
The response was lightning-fast—they called me before I even had a chance to check my email :)
I received a replacement part very quickly. This time, everything went smoothly—all the way through and very well!!!
Mistakes happen to everyone who does something, so it’s not the mistake itself that matters most, but the reaction and how the situation is resolved!
Early in my career, I worked as an office furniture shipper/assembler for a few years. I enjoyed my work, so I can confidently say that I have experience in this field, I’m familiar with the technical and manufacturing aspects, and I can say that there simply aren’t any mechanisms on the market this reliable, combined with such ergonomic solutions, at this price. This chair is a perfect example of how specialization and economies of scale can work, and what kind of design and price results this synergy produces!
I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!!!

High quality product, comfortable for longer work. In my opinion seat sliding could be more smooth, but it doesn't interfere with quality.
